LenLuka is the het ship between Kagamine Len and Megurine Luka from the Vocaloid and Project SEKAI fandoms.
Canon[]
Len and Luka are characters from the voice synthesizer Vocaloid. The two have in common that were developed by Crypton Future Media, and belong to the CV Series. Because of this, Len and Luka appear together in many semi-official stuff such Project DIVA or Project SEKAI. However, Len and Luka doesn't have an official relationship or personalities. Depending on the song, they can be friends, lovers or whatever the song's producer wants them ot be.
Songs[]
The song Perfect Crime (by Samfree) talks about Len and Luka having a relationship, that they must keep as a secret for some circumstances. As they are not going to left probs about their relationship, they call it the "perfect crime". The song Pygmalion (by U-taP) talks about the story of Pygmalion, a man who fell in love with his own sculpture. Eventually, the song would be about Len creating Luka and falling in love with her. Project SEKAI[]
Len and Luka's relationship and personalities varies depending on the SEKAI. In the Connected Through SEKAI's Cherry Blossoms event, Street SEKAI's MEIKO and Rin make cherry blossom items, Len looks at Luka's cherry blossom latte and ask MEIKO to make one for him.
Fanon[]
LenLuka is a rarepair, but very known in the fandom. However, it heve recived backlash due Len being 14 years old while Luka being 20. Because of this, some people ships Len with a younger version of Luka, or Luka with an older version of Len.
Despite all, LenLuka has many loyal fans. Some people ship them believing that they look or sound great together. Some people prefer seeing Luka as a sister, mother or aunt figure for Len. Other like to imagine Len having a small crush on Luka. There is a very popular fan PV of the song Little Mermaid (song by Mitsuru Kuzuki) where Luka is the mermaid and Len takes the role of the prince. Some people ships LenLuka along side KaiMiku and GakuRin.
On AO3, it is the 6th most writted ship for Luka and the 10th for Len.
