LexKon is the family ship between Lex Luthor and Conner Kent from the DC Comics, Smallville and Young Justice fandoms.

When Luthor set out to create a genetic clone of his arch-nemesis, he and his scientists learn that Kryptonian DNA wasn't easy to work with and have made a few failed attempts. Until Lex came up with the idea to merge their sample of Superman's DNA with some of his own, granting them the results they were aiming for. By creating a clone that is half Superman and half Lex Luthor, giving Lex genetic father rights to Superboy.
New Earth[]
Conner initially believed a man named Paul Westfield was where half of his DNA came from. However, on his first day with the Teen Titans, he recieves an anonymous message telling him that Lex is actually where it actually came from. Initially he doesn't believe this, nor want to talk about it, but Tim does a DNA test behind his back. Confirming this to be true.
He is initially hesitant to tell the others about this revelation, but eventually decides to tell the other Teen Titans. However, Lex then activates a code that had been implanted into Conner when Lex created him. Causing him to turn on his friends, and join Lex's side. He is eventually able to snap out of it, but quits the team due to his guilt.
Smallville[]
Conner first started out as a clone of Lex who went by Alexander, and was on his way to becoming Lex Luther reborn. Until he was injected with Clark's DNA to stop his rapid aging that saved his life and got a "reboot" from it, becoming half Lex and half Clark. Many were worried that Conner still had a trace of Lex in him, despite looking more like Clark than Lex after he gained his own Kryptonian abilities and had lost his memories from his time as Alexander; who had inherited some of the original Lex's memories before they too were forgotten. Making them think that it would be best for everyone to never tell Conner that he is part Lex or that he is a clone of him, but Conner's super hearing got him to over hear the truth. Earth 2 Lionel Luthor had tried to turn Conner into the next Lex Luther, through the use of red kryptonite to make him follow his guidance, until Clark saved Conner from this fate. The Lex that Clark once knew and called a friend had good in him, meaning that some of Conner's goodness might be from Lex than just Clark alone.

Due to Lex's character and true attentions for creating Superboy in the first place, it has people refusing to view them as father and son. That is why many were pleased when Superman took Conner in and made him part of his family. Something that Lex wouldn't have done, from viewing his genetic clone son as a weapon and a source of income for his company.
