In "Stew-Roids", Bonnie sunbathes and asks Lois to come over and put some suntan lotion on her back. Bonnie unclasps her bikini top as Lois rubs lotion on her back. Lois worries about getting lotion on her own clothing and takes her shirt off, exposing her bra so that she can continue lotioning up Bonnie. When Lois's hand rubs close to Bonnie's butt, she worriedly tells Lois she's going too low, Lois apologized while giggling. After a quick conversation, they both decide to start dating each other and come to The Griffin House to make the announcement to Lois' family, causing everybody to completely freak out, including Quagmire, who overhears from his house. Lois and Bonnie go on a couples' vacation to Munchruggit Inn to have sex, leaving Peter and Joe absolutely bewildered about what to do. The two men get the idea to have sex with each other in a cheap to get revenge on their wives, only to find out that their wives backed out last second and didn't follow through on the sex, meaning that Peter and Joe had sex for nothing.

In the "Pilot" episode, Lois and Bonnie are sad to hear that Cleveland is moving out of Quahog and ask if there's anything nice they can do for him as a parting gift. Cleveland asks them if they can make out for him, which makes them both kind of chuckle awkwardly. Lois says that she's going to need some chardonnay before they can do that, to which Cleveland responds by immediately popping open a champagne bottle. Lois and Bonnie get a little tipsy and start making out, much to the arousal of all the guys.

Lois and Bonnie are a common femslash pairing in the fandom, due to these girls being some of the only prominent female characters in the franchise. Their lesbian hotness has spawned quite a bit of fanart and fan fictions among horny college teens. The show delivers on the Lonnie content with the occasional fanservice episode that puts the two girls in sexual situations, which fans appreciate.
