Losernut is the slash ship between Loser and Donut from the Battle for Dream Island fandom.
Canon[]
Donut hosts The Losers' first Cake at Stake ceremony, where he reveals that Loser and Eggy are in the bottom two. Approaching Loser, Donut senses uneasiness from him and reminds him of when he lied not too long ago. He is corrected, however, when Needle tells Donut that it doesn't apply to today's elimination. Right before Donut is about to reveal who is eliminated between them, Donut asks Loser if he's feeling alright. Loser nervously replies that he is, prompting Donut to excitedly reveal that he's the one eliminated. After Loser and the rest of the team are shocked by this, Donut asks him if he has any final words to say. As Loser is about to speak, the next time they are seen is when Balloony angrily asks Donut where Loser went. Donut reveals that he tried to put Loser in various jawbreakers to no avail, leading him to turn one inside out and stick Loser in it. After making sure he's inside, Donut laughs at Loser from the outside of the jawbreaker. However, Donut panics when he realizes he left his diary inside the jawbreaker with Loser and tries to undo the jawbreaker. Later on as the contestants wonder if Loser was killed, Donut presents the jawbreaker he's inside of to them. Because the jawbreaker closes out sounds from inside, Loser is confused on what's happening. Donut is inspired by the contestants fighting over launching the jawbreaker away and bases the next contest off of it. At night, Loser gives a speech in space from inside the ball that he was originally going to say to Donut.
Still in space, Loser reads Donut's diary to pass the time, where he learns that Donut has learned something horrific about Bomby.
Throughout the rejoin ceremony, Loser is unaware of it happening as he is still stuck inside the jawbreaker with Donut's diary. He reads out loud what he sees, at one point leading Leafy to be confused as to why he's looking at a cryptic message.
Loser reads the last page of Donut's diary which recounts him gaining Four's powers and learning what's inside the Announcer speaker box. After realizing this was the last page, Loser is briefly bummed out but is set to find new reading material. He finally breaks open the jawbreaker in order to do so. Later on after the contestants are split between staying with Four or switching with Two, Loser briefly stops Two so he can take Donut's new diary as new reading material. Donut is irritated by this but is unable to get it back as Loser and the rest of Four's crew is sent away by Two.

Losernut is a rarepair in the fandom, mostly running its course during BFB. The ship was inspired by their scenes in the season, mostly finding humor in how Loser is always interested in wanting to read about Donut. Fan art often ties in the theme of Donut's diary around the two, among the ship art showing them in a more intimate manner. Shippers also tie in the popular guy x unpopular guy trope with the two since Loser is a celebrity in the show and Donut recognizes himself as unpopular in the Official Character Guide book. Few video edits of them on TikTok are also present among the pairing included and discussed in ship tier list discussion. The pairing is often rivaled by Barfnut and Cakeser, two ships originating from BFB that are still prevalent today.
