LoveNott is the het ship between Luna Lovegood and Theodore Nott from the Harry Potter fandom.
Canon[]
Luna and Theodore are in the same year at Hogwarts. They have no known interactions with each other, but likely shared some of the same classes at Hogwarts. They are also two of the only students in Hogwarts who are able to see Thestrals (before the War). Luna can see them due to the death of her mother Pandora, and for Theodore it is not confirmed, but is probably due to his mother's death as well.
Fanon[]
This is one of the more uncommon ships involving Theodore. Theomione, NottPott, and Dreo are generally more popular. Despite this, the pairing has some popularity, with over 400 fanfictions on AO3 as of 2022. The ship saw a prominent rise in the late 2010s. There is some fanart for the pairing. On Tumblr, kumatan0720's artwork of LoveNott is popular, and may have contributed to it's popularity.
Not much is known about Theodore's character in canon. He only appears a handful of times in the books. Due to this, Theo's character is often a blank slate and this allows fanfiction writers to be imaginative with his character—almost to the point of Theo being an OC.
Despite this, many people find the characters similar. Both can see Thestrals and have lost their mother, and as a result are raised by a single father. Many also ship them due to their contrasting personalities. Luna is a more eccentric character, while Theodore is commonly depicted as a rigid and more tough exterior. It is an opposites attract pairing.
The ship has several names including LoveNott, Lunadore, Thuna, and NottGood. Out of these names, LoveNott has gained the most popularity, but the others are still used a decent amount.
It is also a common side pairing in Dramione fanfiction.

Theodore's character has little canonical appearances, and as a result, writers are often creative. There is no one way to write Theo. Despite this, some common tropes, themes and motifs appear in LoveNott fanfictions, namely:
Thestrals: Fanfictions with Thestrals are common. Both Luna and Theodore lost their mothers, and as a result can see Thestrals; skeletal winged horses that can only been seen by those who have witnessed death. In fanfiction, it is common, for Luna and Theodore to bond over their shared pain of grief, hence hurt/comfort fanfictions are popular.
Hurt/comfort: Both characters have lost their mothers, and were raised by a single father. Many fanfictions often have them talking about their past, and helping each other to deal with the grief. Often writers will add more backstory to Luna and Theodore's parents.
Fluff: Luna's quirky personality often contrasts against Theodore's more rigid and intelligent personality. As a result, this contrast can often create more fluffy or comedic stories.
