LukaTill is the slash ship between Luka and Till from the Alien Stage fandom.

Canon

Background

Luka and Till were both former students of the Anakt Garden, Luka being in the 49th class and Till in the 50th class. It is unknown how much they interacted during their time in the Anakt Garden, though official art shows that the students of the 49th and 50th classes have been around each other before. Till and Luka are clear opposites, with Luka being an obedient pet human, and Till rebelling against the Segyein at every opportunity. Luka complies with the system because it is all he's ever known, being an artificially created human, while Till, who has been devalued his whole life, fights for his autonomy. Both also gain feelings for a girl — Hyuna in Luka's case, and Mizi in Till's case — that serve as their main motivation. Luka's love for Hyuna manifests as a want to control her, and he states that it's the only thing he's ever wanted. On stage, he relives this feeling by taking control over his opponents. Till's feelings manifest in the opposite way, always admiring Mizi from afar, because she is his beacon of hope.

Luka won the 49th season of Alien Stage, and he and Till are currently contestants in the 50th season.

ALIEN STAGE

Till is shown to be tied in place with a gag over his mouth as a video of Luka is played in front of him. This moment shows that the Segyein were training Till to be more like Luka.

R O U N D 5

Till watches Luka and Mizi compete. After Mizi gets dragged away for beating up Luka, Till looks distressed.

F I N A L

After Ivan sacrifices himself for Till, Luka and Till are the opponents for the final round. Till sings about moments from the past slipping from his fingers, clearly dealing with his grief over Ivan, while Luka sings about relishing the present. In the middle of the song, Luka wraps his hands around Till's neck and touches his face, reminding Till of Ivan. Although Till does his best to power through, the reminder noticeably affects him, making Luka the winner. Till regains motivation after seeing Mizi in the crowd, which Luka notices with a dissatisfied face.

OFF THE RECORD

In OFF THE RECORD (Actor AU), Luka and Till are co-workers on the set for Alien Stage. Till is the most experienced among his colleagues and mainly keeps to himself. Luka, Ivan, and Mizi can be seen looking at Till, hoping to get closer to their senior.

Fanon

Because of the popularity of Hyuluka and IvanTill for their semi-canon statuses, LukaTill is a rarepair in the fandom. After Round 6, which solidified Till to be Luka's opponent in the final round, more shippers realized that LukaTill could be an interesting ship to explore. A popular prediction going into Round 7 was that Luka is going to repeat his tactic from Round 5 by imitating Ivan in order to break Till's resolve, a prediction which turned out to be true.
