MEISu is the het ship between Dr. MEI and Su from the Honkai fandom.
Canon[]
When they were in high school, Su and MEI were friends by proxy as they were both close with Kevin; Su being Kevin's best friend and MEI Kevin's eventual girlfriend. However, Su was worried when seeing that Kevin's motivations were starting to revolve around following in MEI's shadow.[1] After the 3rd Honkai Eruption struck, MEI was recruited into the MOTHs, and Kevin joined as well, so the two lost contact with Su for a period of time. Su became a doctor, working endlessly to find a cure to Honkai sickness, while MEI became the leading scientist of the MOTHs. After a Honkai attack in his town, Su was eventually allowed to join the MOTHs. Since MEI was prone to Honkai sickness due to her constant exposure, she used Su's cure to stave off the sickness.
Following the defeat of the 8th Herrscher, Dr. MEI invited Su to transfer to the MOTH headquarters.[2][3] MEI put Su in charge of Project Stigma, a last-resort plan that would save humanity at the price of millions of deaths. MEI was aware that such a project would weigh heavily on Su's conscience, but he accepts saying they have no other choice.[4] At some point, Kevin volunteers to take Su's place as the executer of the Project Stigma, which MEI accepts, and she assigns Su to Project Valuka instead.[5] When Su learns of this, he is unhappy that MEI did not tell him in advance. MEI tells Su that if Project Stigma were in his hands, then it would never be executed. She agrees that it is the worst plan, but it must exist.[6]
After the moon battle against the Final Herrscher, Su sees that Kevin is alive. He excitedly runs to MEI to tell her the good news, only to find that MEI is dying from Honkai disease. MEI can't even see Su, the sickness affecting her eyes. She tells Su not to blame himself and that she has prepared two letters for him and Kevin. MEI reaches out her hand, asking Su to promise her that he will not let Kevin stray from the right path. Su assures her that he will and moves to take her hand. But then MEI's hand drops and she becomes unresponsive as she finally succumbs to the sickness. Su feels immense guilt for not being able to cure her disease. At MEI's coffin, Su apologizes to Kevin. He speaks to MEI one more time, telling her that he won't let Kevin stray from the right path.[7] In the letter MEI left him, she trusted Su with Project Regulator, a plan designed to stop Kevin if needed. It included the 1st Power of the Second Divine Key, which would sink the Seed of Sumeru bubble world to the Sea of Quanta.
In the Current Era, Su continued to keep his promise to MEI. Kevin wanted to enact Project Stigma, feeling that the Pioneer's other projects have already failed. Su believed Kevin was going too far and, remembering his promise to MEI, decided to stop him. They confronted each other in the Seed of Sumeru, and Su used the Divine Key's 1st Power that MEI gave him.[8]

- Dr. MEI/Su tag on AO3
Trivia[]
- On AO3, some Chinese fics from the Football RBF fandom are mistakenly put under the "Dr. MEI/Su" tag. This is because AO3 considers the "苏梅" tag to be the same as the "Dr. MEI/Su" tag. 苏梅 (Sū Méi) is the Chinese ship name for the football players Luis Suárez and Lionel Messi, as well as the ship name for Su and Dr. MEI.
