MFIllaoi is the femslash ship between Sarah Fortune and Illaoi from the League of Legends fandom.

As the group is leaving the temple, Illaoi asks Sarah to stay back for a moment. Sarah says that she's keeping the necklace till the Ruined King is gone, but Illaoi might be able to try it on after. Illaoi says that the task is for Sarah and her strong will, but she has to tell Sarah the truth which has been weighing her down. Illaoi feels that Gangplank is the one to set the events into motion, and that she's responsible as well. Sarah responds that they've already been over the subject. She didn't know that Gangplank was alive, but Illaoi reveals the truth. Her goddess found Gangplank worthy, and so she had to help him recover before setting him on his path.

MFIllaoi is a rarer pair in the LoL fandom. Those that do ship it often do so after playing or watching walk through's of the Ruined King game. Seeing the two have more onscreen interaction as well as the potential for new stories between the two possibly being told is what caused many to see the potential of a relationship between the two. As well as their similar stubborn positions making them possibly compatible. Some even shipped the two after finding out that they were going to be in the game. Those that shipped them before the game were extremely happy to see the two interact some more.
Shippers like to play into their archetypes within the game. Illaoi as the buhdu priestess and Sarah and the Pirate Queen over Bilgewater. They're sometimes shipped alongside TFGraves. Or at the very least portrayed like they're all friends, being the most well known Bilgewater champions. Some also like to depict the two interacting with their different game skins, but it's not as popular as depicting them in their base forms.
The Ruined King event also led to some shipping, specifically with corrupted Fortune. Although not as much given that Illaoi wasn't part of the event.
On AO3, MFIllaoi is the most written ship for Illaoi and the fourth most written for Sarah. there are a total of six fics.
