Mac x Tonya is the het ship between Machiavelli "Mac" Handover and Tonya from the Clifford the Big Red Dog fandom.

Mac and Tonya both debuted in and are exclusive to the 2000s Clifford the Big Red Dog animated series
In "Hooray for Cleo", Mac and Tonya play on the same beach ball team against Clifford, Cleo, and T-Bone. Tonya encourages Mac to take things more lightly after he berates their teammate for not being more attentive to the ball. Later, when Mac questions the apparent victory of Cleo's team over a ball bounce, Tonya speaks up in Cleo's defense and encourages Mac not to be bitter about the loss. Mac takes her counsel and cheers Cleo, unaware that he is in fact correct about Cleo's failure to hit the ball before it bounced. Cleo, guilt-ridden, then has a nightmare in which Tonya, Mac, and the others are disappointed with her for lying about the ball.
The next day, when Cleo's team arrives on the beach, Tonya and Mac are lying down near each other. The two take part in Cleo's "class" on playing beach ball, and later both run up to her after she gets herself into a mess. Both then work together to dig her out of a sandcastle she's crashed into. After Cleo admits to her deception, both Tonya and Mac are disappointed by her actions, but both ultimately accept her apology and forgive her. In "Doghouse Rock", Tonya is among the animals who form the audience for Mac’s band, the Packstreet Dogs.
Tonya displays an obvious fondness for Mac despite his occasionally uptight attitude, and she tries to help him take things less seriously. Despite these tendencies, she is willing and even seems to enjoy playing sports with him. Tonya and Mac also seem to like being in close proximity to one another, naturally sitting and/or standing near each other when in groups. Mac's membership in the Packstrett Dogs was also undoubtedly part of what drew Tonya to attend their concert. She seems to have found his performance and that of their other friends quite enjoyable.

As Tonya only appears in a couple episodes of Clifford the Big Red Dog, she doesn't appear in many fan works. To be fair, Mac isn't particularly prominent in such materials either. Such fans as there are of the pairing seem to have gravitated towards the two as a couple based on their interactions in "Hooray for Cleo." It isn't quite as prominent as pairings like Cleo x K.C. or T-Bone x Mimi.
