MahiYoshi is the slash ship between Mahito and Junpei Yoshino from the Jujutsu Kaisen fandom.
Canon[]
Junpei is at the cinema watching a movie and notices three boys sitting in front of him. He recognizes them as three students who bullied him in the past. He becomes annoyed by their conversation and finds himself unable to concentrate on the movie. Suddenly, Mahito kills all three students by using Idle Transfiguration on them. Mahito leaves the cinema soon after but Junpei catches up to him. He asks Mahito if he was the one who did it, but Mahito asks Junpei if those three boys were special to him. Recalling the horrible treatment he endured, Junpei asks Mahito if he can do the same.
Junpei follows Mahito and they have a conversation about the nature of cursed spirits. Junpei asks Mahito what kind of cursed spirit he is. Mahito replies that he's a spirit who was created from the hatred people have for each other. Mahito then shows Junpei the experiments he's been conducting on humans. He shows Junpei his attempts to find out how large and how small humans can get.
Junpei meets Yuji who asks him about the incident at the cinema. Junpei covers for Mahito and claims that he didn't notice anything of importance at the time as he only began to see cursed spirits recently.
Mahito and Kenjaku place one of Ryomen Sukuna's fingers inside Junpei's apartment, causing a cursed spirit to kill his mother. Mahito exploits Junpei’s friendship and his grief to convince the attack was organised by a classmate. Mahito unlocks Junpei's cursed energy and teaches him how to use his technique[1]. Junpei then goes to school and uses his power to knock out most of the students during morning assembly. Having placed a barrier over the school, Mahito watches Junpei attack his classmates. Mahito wanted Junpei and Yuji to fight to force Yuji to make a binding vow with Sukuna in order to help them convince Sukuna to become their ally.
As Mahito, Junpei and Yuji are in the same room, Yuji screams for Junpei to run away. However, Junpei tries to mediate the situation, claiming that Mahito is not a bad person. Then, Junpei remembers Mahito's experiments and he belatedly realises that he's made a mistake. Mahito chooses this moment to place a hand on Junpei's shoulder and taunts him before transfigurating him via Idle Transfiguration.

MahiYoshi is not the most popular ship in the Jujutsu Kaisen Fandom because both characters died early on in the series. The ship currently has 79 works under its Archive of our Own tag. However, MahiYoshi is Mahito's second most popular pairing, behind NanaHito. It is also Junpei's second most popular pairing, behind ItaJun.
