MakiQua is the femslash ship between Makima and Quanxi from the Chainsaw Man fandom.
Canon[]
Makima and Quanxi are both Devil Hunters; they are not human, as Makima is a devil and Quanxi is a hybrid – their real age is unknown but they are much older than they look.
When the news about Chainsaw Man working for the Public Safety break, different Devil Hunter all around the world are issued with a mission of capturing him and carving out his heart. Quanxi works in China, there she is ordered to go to Japan to target and capture Chainsaw Man. In Japan, Makima learns about this and meets up with Kishibe, Quanxi’s former work partner. Makima wonders if Quanxi’s fiend companions she regularly sleeps with will be coming with her, and what they should do to intercept them. Kishibe tells her that Quanxi is skilled and there is really no reason in taking precautions against her as nothing will help.
Quanxi is in Japan, Kishibe seeks her out and tells her that Makima is listening to their conversation. Discreetly, he admits that he wants to kill Makima and asks for Quanxi’s help. Quanxi doesn’t want to cooperate. When Quanxi, her friends, and other Devil Hunters are sent to Hell, Makima comes to save them from the Darkness Devil. She offers herself to the Hell Devil so it sends them all back to Earth. When Quanxi regenerates, she is approached by Makima, and instead of trying to fight her, Quanxi drops her sword and surrenders. She is ready to die, but wants her fiend companions to be spared; she even offers to lick Makima's shoes if that will grant their safety. Makima decapitates them all.
Makima later reassembles Quanxi’s body and makes her part of the team of weapon hybrids to fight Chainsaw Devil. Under Makima’s control, all her puppets act very affectionate towards her, but Quanxi says she is the most capable of the task of protecting their mistress. She acts with utmost reverence. Makima says she enjoys it and promises a date to the one who takes down Chainsaw man. Quanxi makes many attempts to kill Denji, but in the end, she, once again, is decapitated. Some time later, Makima is killed by Denji as well.

MakiQua is considered rather popular; it is the most popular femslash ship in the fandom. Quanxi's open sexual orientation gives way to many interpretations of her and Makima's interactions. After Makima revives Quanxi and takes her under her control, Quanxi becomes very affectionate towards her, both verbally and physically. Makima noticeably doesn't shy away from her touch and this has not gone unnoticed by the CSM fans.
Fans admit Makima's evil nature and accept all posibilites of her hypothetical relationship with Quanxi. In fandom they are often reffered to as "toxic girlfriends".
