MakoJunYuka is the poly ship between Makoto Yuki, Yukari Takeba, and Junpei Iori from the Persona fandom.
Canon[]
Makoto, Yukari, and Junpei are in the same age and class at Gekkoukan High. They are members of SEES. Makoto and Yukari address Junpei by his first name, while Makoto and Yukari address each other by their last names. In the original English version, all three of them call each other by their first names.
Makoto meets Yukari first, before Junpei the following day in April. Makoto, Yukari, and Junpei also join SEES in the same month. They are the first to witness their school turn into Tartarus and explore it.
On May 1st, Makoto and Yukari accompany Junpei to the hospital to deliver a class roster of 2-E to Akihiko. They encounter Shinjiro in Akihiko’s hospital room, and they are startled by his intimidating appearance.
They participate in the first full moon mission in May against the Arcana Priestress on the monorail.
In late May, Yukari tasked Makoto and Junpei with investigating a ghost story at school. Later, they continued their investigation at the back alley of Port Island Station since all three victims were hospitalized and hung out there. Shinjiro saved the three of them from a group of thugs and delinquents.
Makoto, Yukari, Junpei, and the other members of SEES spent their summer vacation at Yakushima for a few days. On the first day of Yakushima, they found out the truth about the creation of Dark Hour and how Yukari’s father was “responsible “ for it. After Makoto manages to calm down Yukari, Junpei goes after them to let the two know that it’s almost Dark Hour and everyone is waiting for them. It shows that Junpei cares for his best friends.
On October 5th, Makoto, Yukari, and Junpei attended Shinjiro’s funeral at Gekkoukan High. In November, Makoto, Yukari, and Junpei, along with Akihiko, Mitsuru, Aigis, Fuuka, and Ryoji, go on a three-day trip to Kyoto. If the guys fail to escape, Yukari can get mad at Junpei and Makoto for peeping in the women's bath in the hot spring.
On December 2nd, during the important decision whether to kill Ryoji or let him live, Yukari tries to cheer Junpei up by teasing him, but he is already stressed enough about how the world is going to end. He was so stressed that he blamed Makoto for carrying Death for ten years. Unlike Junpei, who has a deep hatred toward Makoto for being indirectly responsible for bringing the Fall, Yukari doesn’t have any hard feelings for Makoto. She tries to reason with Junpei.
In Good Ending, after Makoto’s soul becomes the Great Seal, despite having no memories of the Dark Hour, Yukari and Junpei still hang out with Makoto.
On Graduation Day, Yukari and Junpei, along with the former members of SEES, remember the Dark Hour and the promises they made before the final battle. They ran to the rooftop to reunite with Makoto and Aigis. Unknown to them, Makoto sadly passed away in his sleep.

- Yukari wasn’t impressed, but rather disgusted for Junpei calling her cute. If Makoto calls her cute, Yukari will flutter in response.

MakoJunYuka is one of the well-known shipping poly in the Persona 3 fanbase. Their fanship could either be platonic or one-sided. In the main story, Junpei can only stay friends with Makoto and Yukari due to having romantic feelings for Chidori.
