Matchleaf is the Femslash ship between Match and Leafy from the Battle for Dream Island fandom.

In BFDI, Match and Leafy don't interact much during the show, this is due to them being in different teams.

In "Sweet Tooth", After Match realizes that she, Pencil, and Bubble did not start on their cakes, Match says she has $20 and she decides to buy three slices of Leafy's cakes for her and her alliance for $15, while spending the remaining $5 on Woody.

In "Lofty", Match's balloon got popped by Leafy during the contest.
In "Return of the Hang Glider", Match gasps when she learned that Leafy stole Dream Island and agrees that she deserves a death penalty.

Matchleaf is considered a rarepair in the Battle for Dream Island, It's mostly semi-popular with people who prefer rarepairs/less common ships over the more popular ones: Their interaction in "Sweet Tooth", It's most likely what sparked the ship between the two. however is easily overshadowed by Matchcil, Eratch, Fireafy and Leafpin, on AO3, the ship currently has 9 work written.
