MavuLumi is the femslash ship between Mavuika and Lumine from the Genshin Impact fandom.

Archon Quest Chapter V[]
Act I - Flowers Resplendent on the Sun-Scorched Sojourn[]
Lumine, and Paimon who will be omitted going forward, starts the next part of her saga by heading to the nation of Natlan on their journey to find the seven and their brother. Mavuika is absent in this chapter and though she makes a brief appearance Lumine and Mavuika are unable to interact directly in this chapter.
Lumine runs into Kachina who is in the process of being abandoned by her teammates for the upcoming pilgrimage, not thinking joining with Kachina will end well. Lumine offers to help Kachina by joining but is told that the Pilgrimage is elusive to Natlan natives. But seeing the strength of Lumine Kachina wishes to learn under her which she accepts to do. Joining with Kachina Lumine they make their way to Kachina's tribe, the Children of the Echoes. Chief Pascal, Chief of the Children of the Echos, is at first hesitant of them helping Kachina and is not won over until they hear their Name and share that their great deeds have made their way to Natlan. Here Lumine is introduced with the Wayob and the Ancient Names they bestow to people and are a sign of pride, Kachina being someone who carries an Ancient Name.
From here Lumine makes their way to the city, Stadium of the Sacred Flame, to see if they can join up with Kachina in the upcoming pilgrimage. Along the way they run into Kinich and Mualani, both bearers of an Ancient Name, and Lumine becomes fast friend with them. The pair explain Kachina was close on winning several times and that winning the Pilgrimage entails joining in the "Night Warden Wars".
Following this Lumine head to finally see if she can join in the Pilgrimage and is turned down. Part of the purpose of the Pilgrimage is to feed the Sacred Flame that keeps the Abyss at bay and only can be fed when Natlanese fight, as such she is turned down. Kinich also explains that only those who bear a Sacred Name join in the Night Warden War and if someone who does not have such a name does not join in that war. For in the Nigh Warden War those with Ancient Names go to the Night Kingdom to do battle with the Abyss since they are the only ones who can be resurrected by the Ode of Resurrection, a way in which those that fall in battle in the Night Kingdom can be resurrected. In short the Pilgrimage feeds the Sacred Flame which allows Natlan's greatest warriors to do battle without fear of death against the Abyss.
What comes next is that Lumine watches the upcoming Pilgrimage in the stand and eventually witness Kachina winning the Pilgrimage and as a result joining in the next Night Warden Wars. After winning Lumine joining in Kachina's celebration party and this is where she meets Chasca, Peacemaker of the Flower-Feather Clan, and Iansan, bearer of an Ancient name. After this party Kachina heads out to join in the Night Warden War.
After this Mualani invites Lumine to her tribe to relax. Kinich is shortly behind her to do the same but since Mualani asked first he relents and Lumine heads to the People of the Springs. Here Lumine helps deal with Abyss creatures and using her power to heal those afflicted with Abyss corruption. Afterwards Lumine is able to relax for a moment before the next page is turned.

Fanon[]
Luika, or LumiMav, is a recent rare pair. What little this ship has going for it are the interactions between Lumine and Mavuika jointly fighting the Abyss together in the later part of Natlan's story. In said fight they even join together for the final blow to end the main enemy in Natlan's story. This shared bond through battle results in this ship becoming a possible battle couple pairing and a seed for possible fandom works.
Though this pairing is very much a rare pair as much of the interactions that support it are recent. As such Mavuika's other pairings have grown much more in popularity; those pairings either being with Capitano or Xilonen. The former is the go to het ship for Mavuika. Her and Capitano both having more chances to interact with each other in earlier part of Natlan's story as well as having a large, relative to the amount of work there currently is for Mavuika, public support in the form of artwork and fan fictions. The latter relationship is the go to femslash ship for Mavuika since the two have had a relationship that has formed pre-Archon quest and it is shown through dialogue in game.
Then with regards to Lumine, she can be paired with any other character in Genshin Impact. As a result Mavuika is just another potential option for her to be shipped with, not helping in how much of a rare pair this ship currently is.
This ship has a total of 8 current works on AO3. Though works that have over 1000 words and deal with exclusively this pair is even fewer at 3. It is still early to see whether this ship may pick up steam or simply stay a rare pair, with the former being possible since Lumine is commonly shipped with characters with major roles in Archon Quests.
