MeiLuka is the femslash ship between MEIKO and Megurine Luka from the Vocaloid and Project SEKAI fandoms.
Canon[]
MEIKO and Luka are both characters from the voice synthesizer Vocaloid. Both Luka and MEIKO don't have official personalities nor backstories as they are vocaloids. MEIKO and Luka's relationship depends on the song that they sing together. They also have in common that they belong from the same company (Crypton Future Media) so they are usually together in semi-official media, such Project DIVA and Project SEKAI.
Songs[]
There aren't many popular MEIKO and Luka duets, but there are some. MEIKO and Luka songs tend to have a mature aesthetic. Their most popular duet in NicoNico is Futairo (by Shigitoshite-P), that talks about unrequited feelings between them. They also have a Project DIVA commissioned song called Colorful × Sexy, that is a jazz version of Miku and Rin's song Colorful × Melody. Other not very well-known MeiLuka songs are:

Games[]
In Project DIVA F 2nd's opening, MEIKO and Luka are together and they are separated from the other Crypton Vocaloids for some reason, so Miku, KAITO, Len and Rin go to look for them. It is later shown that MEIKO and Luka live together, separate from the rest of the other Crypton Vocaloids.
In Project SEKAI, MEIKO and Luka appear together in every SEKAI. They have many different dynamics depending on the SEKAI.
In the Empty SEKAI, Luka helps Nightcord at 25:00 members to discover their true feelings and wants to stir things up, whereas MEIKO believes they should keep their distance and let them solve their problems on their own, so they are often at odds with each other. However, over time they were shown to gradually begin to get used to one other, being able to reach a more mutual acknowledgement. With Luka's affinity for stirring things up causing her to seek MEIKO out often to bug and tease her, this results in many fans viewing the two in a "divorced couple" light.
In the Wonderland SEKAI, the two are almost always seen together as MEIKO is usually taking care of the often-sleeping Luka. It is also stated multiple times that Luka's favorite napping spot is MEIKO's lap.
In the Street SEKAI, Luka and MEIKO get along well, with one area conversation including Luka teasing MEIKO by calling her a "cute nickname" (Mee-chan) and then MEIKO laughing it off and offering her some coffee.
In the Stage SEKAI, they are an idol duo, stating in both the story and area conversations how there are always songs they want to perform together and how they love singing together. MEIKO has also been shown holding Luka's face and squeezing her cheeks in this SEKAI, as she states they are incredibly soft.
In the School SEKAI, MEIKO and Luka act as mentors to everyone, and are often seen together teasing the younger Crypton Vocaloids. There are even times when MEIKO teases Luka, resulting in the other getting lightly flustered.

Although MeiLuka isn't the most popular ship for either of them, because of the two more popular ships Negitoro, and KaiMei, MeiLuka has a relatively big following. Many people like to ship them due the fact that they are both female Crypton Vocaloids with a mature look and voice and can be classified as "older sisters". It is very often shipped alongside MikuRin, and sometimes alongside KaiLen, GakuKai, KaiMiku and RinLen. There are 110+ works for the ship on AO3, being the 2nd most written ship for both of them. It is also the 10th most popular Vocaloid ship in general.

- In MEIKO's BloomFes card, she is shown looking at a memory of 25-ji Nightcord de. MeiLuka, where Luka is poking MEIKO's cheek and causing her to pout, something she has never done before as she rarely even smiles.
- In the School, Stage, and Wonderland SEKAI Luka calls MEIKO the affectionate nickname Mee-chan.
- In the 2024 April Fool event, Wonderlands x Showtime Luka and 25-ji Nightcord de. MEIKO end up in the same unit, and in an area conversation Luka takes the opporunity to sleep on MEIKO's lap, which whilst she does not particularly like, she tolerates.
