MellodraMattic is the slash ship between Mihael Keehl and Mail Jeevas from the Death Note fandom.
Canon[]
Mello and Matt were raised at Wammy's House, an orphanage for gifted children in Winchester, England. Mello left Wammy's House at 14. After a while, Matt also leaves the orphanage, but its not clear when. Matt’s debut is with Mello, as he is working with him to spy on Misa Amane, Mogi and Aizawa. They are seen calling eachother often, and Matt follows Mello to Japan.
At the beginning of episode "Malice", Matt can be seen chilling with Mello briefly.
They are next seen during Takada’s kidnapping where Matt and Mello (Albeit separately, with Matt in his car and Mello on his motorbike) are following Takada. Matt shoots the general area with a Smoke gun. Mello takes Takada with Halle Linder’s permission. He is followed by her bodyguards while Takada rides on the back. He swerves into an alley and the drivers lose him. It cuts back to Matt who is driving away from more bodyguards. He is cornered and gets out of his car. He bluffs and tells them “You won’t shoot!”. They then shoot him from every angle, he falls and dies.
Later, Mello discovers that Matt has died through the tv in the car. He says “Matt, I never thought you’d be killed. Forgive me.” He looks very sad.
He later dies from a heart attack, when Takada writes his name on paper from the Death note that she gets from her bra.

It is a popular headcanon that Matt takes care of Mello after the explosion. The popular fanfic Crush is currently being voiceacted by their English dub actors on YouTube.
Mellodramattic is a highly popular ship within the Death Note fandom. It is mostly rivaled by Meronia and Natebit.
