Memphis Rust is the family ship between Memphis Belle and Rusty from the Starlight Express fandom.

Original London Production[]
Rusty skates over to Poppa and tells him about his problem with Pearl and how he doesn't have a coach for the race. Poppa asks what Rusty sees and Rusty notes an old sleeping car. Poppa tells him to ring his alarm bell, and Rusty realizes what Poppa is suggesting. Rusty says that he can't pull her in the race as she's peeling and old when the coach wakes up. She introduces herself as Belle, the sleeping car and explains that she was once the most beautiful coach, but now things have gone down hill for her. Though she still thinks that she can still race, and offers to be Rusty's partner. Rusty however turns her down, and doesn't believe he has a chance in the race. She and Poppa then tell Rusty to believe and that the Starlight Express will help him along. Control then calls for the engine's to join heat two, and Rusty asks Belle if she would have the honor of being his partner.
Rusty and Belle then head to the second heat, with Control announcing the two's arrival. The race then starts and it seems that Rusty and Belle may end up as the winners, but in the end, Electra and Pearl overtake the two and win heat two. Belle seems unsteady on her feet, and Rusty helps her steady and Poppa and freight arrive.

Belle and Rusty being related is a somewhat common idea in the StEx fandom. With a decent amount of fans believing that Belle is Rusty's mother. Though it is rarely explore in fics and is instead an aspect of many headcanons posted on social media. Though it is less popular than other theories due to Belle being cut from all productions after "The New Starlight Express". Though this made the theory easier for fans to believe, as the theory could previously be dismissed as Rusty is introduced to her in the show itself. This instead makes the theory more likely for some fans as there's no canon introduction between the two to counter the theory now. The theory partially extends from the idea of Belle and either Poppa or Momma (depending on the production), being a couple. With those same fans seeing Poppa or Momma as a paternal figure to Rusty, or possibly as Rusty's parent. Which then extends to Belle.
