MickeyBrave is the friendship between Mickey Mouse and GingerBrave from the Cookie Run and Mickey Mouse and Friends fandoms.

Canon

The Festival of Dreams & Wishes had its start in Cookie Run: Kingdom, when GingerBrave dreamt of being a princess fed a poisoned apple by a witch, then being rescued by a prince who flies him to Neverland. GingerBrave is quite upset when he wakes up, figuring that the cool dream he had was because he fell asleep on his storybook, but a new cookie named Cream Unicorn Cookie visited him and told him that they only visit people when they dream of happy things, then leads him to a castle that GingerBrave never noticed before.

In that castle is where Mickey Mouse Cookie first enters the picture, being the very first cookie summoned with the mouse-shaped cookie cutters. Mickey overheard the cookies talk about the festival and came to the world of cookies willingly. But he's a bit disappointed when it appears that he's the only one here yet, calling everyone up to join him in the world of cookies. GingerBrave then gives Mickey a friendly greeting, commenting how he had rarely met someone as fun and energetic as himself before. When the other cookies gather to witness cookies from another world visiting theirs, GingerBrave panics a bit, wanting to be a good host for his new friends. Princess Cookie volunteers to organize a party for the Disney cookies, with GingerBrave thanking her for it. He then goes on to tell Strawberry Crepe Cookie that all the characters from the stories they read come to visit, implying that Mickey is a storybook character in the world of Cookie Run.

When enough characters have entered their world, GingerBrave will comment on how great the castle looks with the new Disney design and express how happy he is that so many characters came to visit. When the other cookies express sadness that the event is coming to an end, GingerBrave urges them to watch the fireworks with their new friends to cheer them up.

The trailer for the event has the two of them greet the viewer together and open the door for them. In the intro screen during the event, Mickey and GingerBrave are always at the center, shaking hands while smiling. In official promos for the event, Mickey and GingerBrave are watching a movie together with two of their closest friends each, Donald Duck Cookie and Goofy Cookie for Mickey and Strawberry Cookie, Angel Cookie and Custard Cookie III for GingerBrave. Another shows the two of them sharing a meal with Minnie Mouse Cookie, Custard Cookie III, Espresso Cookie, Alice Cookie and Princess Cookie.

Fanon

Though the crossover event was fairly well-received, it didn't garner as much fan attention as other crossover events for the game, given the story being fairly thin in comparison. Despite the general agreement that GingerBrave and Mickey befriend each other, there's not much content for them together. This is most likely because both are considered less interesting than the characters they interact or are commonly seen with, despite their shared status as their respective franchise's/company's mascot.

What content there is for them is clearly joking in nature, one person outright compared their dynamic to the children's book If You Give A Mouse A Cookie. Another had GingerBrave act shocked at the sheer amount of friends Mickey took with him.

Their handshake in the intro is sometimes interpreted romantically, though it is hard to tell whether such claims are serious. Regardless, other fans did not care for that interpretation, for a variety of reasons.
