The current requirements for ship pages are:

Adariel is new to the Middle Earth fandom, as Adar was introduced as an original character in Prime Video's The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power series in 2022. The ship had a small but loyal following during the first season but grew more popular while season 2 aired. On AO3, Adariel is Adar's most popular ship and Galadriel's fourth.

Kíliel gained popularity in the Middle Earth fandom after Tauriel was introduced as an original character in the Hobbit film trilogy, created by Peter Jackson. Though, it exists not without controversy.

On AO3, Kíliel is the most popular het ship in the Hobbit tags and the most written for Tauriel and the second for Kíli.

Russingon[]

Russingon is the family ship between Maedhros and Fingon from the Middle Earth fandom.

Canon[]

Maedhros refuses to burn the ships at Losgar, and stands up to his father hoping to bring Fingon over to Middle-Earth.[1]

Fingon saved Maedhros when he was hung by a chain from Thangorodrim by searching for him, then cutting off his hand and flying away on an eagle of Manwë.[1]

Maedhros and Fingon worked together to coordinate battle plans in preparation for what would be known as the Nirnaeth Arnoediad.[1]

They're described as having been 'close in friendship' before the crossing of the Helcaraxë and burning of the ships on page 51 of the Silmarillion.[1]

After the Nirnaeth, where Fingon dies, Maedhros seems to give up on having a moral compass.[1][2]

Silvergifting[]

Silvergifting is the slash ship between Celebrimbor and Sauron/Annatar from the Middle Earth fandom.

Canon[]

Sauron disguised himself as Annatar and went undercover in Eregion to manipulate Celebrimbor into making Rings of Power.[1]

On AO3, Silvergfiting is Celebrimbor's most written ship and Sauron's third. However, it is the most written ship for Annatar, Sauron's fair form and the main version of the ship.
