Mikeo is the family ship between Michelangelo and Leonardo from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fandom.

Season 3[]
NOBODY'S FOOL
Mikey is annoyed when Raph and Donnie kick him out of playing video games, so Leo says it's no big deal and to let them play. Mikey asks how he's supposed to relax without games, and Leo suggests they hit the rooftops. They do so, when Leo sees someone on top of a building nearby. Mikey takes note of outfit, and assumes he must be a superhero, although Leo just as easily suggests he's some wacko. They see him follow a truck, and Mikey comments that he's doing it with style. He asks Leo if the "dark avenger on a quest for justice" aesthetic reminds him of anyone, and Leo says no.
They follow him, and Mikey asks again if the guy remind Leo of anyone, but Leo still says no. Mikey reveals who he mean: The Turtle Titan! Mikey's superhero alterego. Leo doesn't see it and continues to follow the guy, but Mikey says he thought it was so obvious. They lose track of him, when the truck the guy was following almost runs them over. Only to be saved by the man in question. After the truck drives away, he places them down and hobbles over in pain. Mikey asks if he's alright, and he says he's okay. Leo asks why he risked their life for them, and the man says it's not their fight. He then swings off to continue following the truck. Leo and Mikey run out of the alleyway to follow, but see that he's disappeared. Leo suggests that maybe the guys pretty cool, and they follow him.
As the guy is about to get attacked, Leo and Mikey take out the two guys. Leo starts to explain to the guy, but interrupts as Mikey reveals himself in his Turtle Titan outfit, asking if the guy has heard of him. The guys says no, and Leo tells Mikey to take the outfit off. Mikey says that the guy gets to wear his outfit, but Leo just sternly says his name. Mikey gives in, when they hear a familiar voice from inside the building, which they realize is Hun. They two realize this means the Shredder's involve and ask who the man Hun was talking to is. The guy tells them that Ruthington is a corrupt official, and the boys want in on taking him out.
The break into the building and find a Triceraton canon, but are discovered by Ruthington's men. Nobody goes after the man, and Mikey and Leo go to follow him, before being met by Touch and Go. Leo remarks on finally meeting them, and Mikey comments that they're even uglier in person. Touch knocks a boat into Leo, knocking him to the wall. Mikey helps him up when they're attacked again.
They fight Touch and Go when the two get low on energy. Mikey says that they can't let the two touch and stand back to back between them. They take them out easily, when a helicopter explodes into the river. After Ruthington is arrested, Leo and Mikey return home, planning on going to bed, only for it to already be morining.

As Leo is normally the leader of the Turtles, and is most often either the oldest or depicted similarly to an oldest sibling, most fans see him as another parent to the other turtles. Especially to Michelangelo who is the youngest turtle.
On AO3, the Mikeo is the third most written ship for Leo and the second most written for Mikey. It is also the fifth most written ship in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2012) tag, the fourth most written ship in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1987) tag and the third most written in the Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - All Media Types tags. There are currently 1600+ written works.
