MilaSara is the femslash ship between Mila Babicheva and Sara Crispino from the Yuri!!! on Ice fandom.
Canon[]
Most of their interactions is very little in the series. The two are also competitors, but they seem to get along well. Usually they can be seen together in official art, despite being two out of the three introduced female skaters. With the Yuri!!! On Ice Movie currently being in production, it's very most likely that there will be much more interactions in the future.

Sara and her twin brother, Michele get into argument about separation as Sara believed he needed to win without her support. After leaving her brother she goes on a sits with other skaters, and one of the skaters happen to be Mila. The two then can be seen sitting together afar from the rink. Mila asks Sara why wasn't she in the rink side to support and wish off Michele before the start of his program. However she doesn't answer and ignores Mila's question and chooses to focus on her brother.
As her brother begins to skate, Mila notices how different Michele was when skating, and even asks if something happened between him and Sara. In the middle of his skate, Sara begins to cry. Mila begins to show concern of her fellow competitor. Until Sara runs off of her seat at the end of his skate which suddenly surprises Mila. When it was time for Yuuri's free skate, Sara rejoins Mila and the two then watch Yuuri skate.

The two can be seen clubbing with other skaters in club named La Barceloneta. Mila notices that Yuri was kicked out of the club and Sara questions what was wrong. They go out and see Yuri, where they ask him if he was looking for Otabek, and then they mention that the club they were at was mainly for those who club a lot, which Otabek wasn't see to be a hard clubber by the two. Mila suggests that they should help Yuri find Otabek, while Sara believes that they should send Yuri back to the hotel. Mila and Sara then later exchange other skaters' numbers with Yuri in order to help him find Otabek.

It's the most popular femslash ship in the series. As well the most popular ship for the two. It currently nearly has a thousand works on Achieve of Our Own. Most fans who prefer to ship the two usually ship OtaYuri, as a way so Mila wouldn't get in the way of the ship as Mila most likely has a crush on Otabek.
