Milogee is the friend ship between Milo Murphy and Diogee Ex Machina in the Milo Murphy's Law fandom.

Canon

Overview

Diogee is the loyal and trusty pet dog of Milo. Milo loves his dog so very much and always pets him and plays with him, as most dog owners often do. Diogee can be a bit of a troublemaker at times, leaving the home and following Milo around town, which he isn't really supposed to be doing. Milo loves Diogee so much that he can't bring himself to get mad at him, so he mostly just playfully scolds Diogee with his iconic catchphrase, "Diogee, go home!", which is occasionally followed by "He's not supposed to be at/in the (name of place where they are)". However, Diogee's disobedience to these rules actually proves to be beneficial to Milo, since Diogee's presence leads to Milo being saved whenever he's in danger. Diogee is generally Milo's one and only saving grace, helping him get out of an fix he may have gotten himself into, thanks to Murphy's Law. At the end of the day, Milo and Diogee are just a typical boy and his dog, with a joyful bond like that of any pet and pet owner out there.

Season 1

In "Going the Extra Milo", Diogee made his first appearance, running along with Milo and Zack, while they were running on a cement pipe that was rolling across town. Milo told him to go home and sent Diogee away, hoping that the dog wouldn't get hurt in the midst of all this chaos and destruction. Despite being told to go home, Diogee would return later on, which was a good thing. Milo and Zack were stranded on a truck full of gravel in the water and a rabid wolf with a beehive on its head jumped off of a bridge to attack them. Fortunately, Diogee came in and knocked that wolf into the water, saving their lives. Milo was grateful to his pet for saving him but still told him that he needs to go home and sent Diogee doggy-paddling his way through the water to return to his house.

In "The Dr. Zone Files", Milo was waiting in line outside the movie theater to see the premiere of The Dr. Zone Files movie. When Diogee came up, Milo told him that they don't allow dogs in the theater. However, instead of just sending Diogee home, knowing that the poor pup would just be bored there, Milo gave Diogee a movie ticket for the dog movie theater and sent Diogee to go and watched The Dog-Door Bone Files.

In "Party of Peril", Diogee ate all of the ice cream that was supposed to be for Milo's birthday party. Milo was initially upset with Diogee but Diogee made his adorable little baby puppy dog eyes and Milo and the kid couldn't bring himself to lash out at the cute little puppy dog. Milo just gently scolded Diogee, letting him know that eating his ice cream was not okay and sent Diogee back home.

In "Worked Day", Diogee came to the water plant and landed on a giant inflatable snowman that Milo was on, bouncing him off and into the water. Milo couldn't stay mad at Diogee and just smiled delightfully at the mischievous little dog. Once again, Milo told him to go home, only this time, since his field trip to the water plant was over, Milo went home with Diogee.

In "Family Vacation", Diogee was disappointed when he couldn't go on vacation with the Murphy Family. Despite being told to stay home, Diogee would follow the scent of the Murphy Family and track them down all the way to The Grand Canyon. saved the life of Milo and the entire Murphy Family when their RV was in a river that was heading toward a waterfall. Milo tied one end of a rope to the RV and threw the other to Diogee, which he tied around a massive boulder and then pushed it over a tree, creating an anchor to save the Murphy Family just in time. Milo had never been so thankful for Diogee to leave his home.

In "Missing Milo", Milo shooed Diogee out of the time-traveling limousine, keeping him from going on the trip to the future with him, Cavendish, and Dakota. However, Milo would also drop his backpack, leaving that behind with Diogee. Diogee was able to spot Zack and Melissa and lead them to Milo's backpack, to help them on their search for the missing Milo.

Fanon

Milo and Diogee's friendship is beloved by many fans of the show. Fans appreciate just how loyal of a dog Diogee is to Milo, seeing how well he goes out of his way to save him, whenever he's in danger, no matter how far from home he is. Milo is also a kind and benevolent owner to Diogee, never getting mad or punishing him for anything, even when he breaks the rules or messed up. After all, how could anyone be mad at such a cute and adorable little face? Many pet owners, particularly dog owners can relate to the relationship between Milo and Diogee, finding it to be one of the most wholesome relationships out there.
