Miphzelink is the poly ship between Link, Zelda and Mipha.

Mipha first meets Link when he came to Zora's Domain at the age of four and she saw that he is an accomplished swordsman at this age who even bested adults, also seeing the bruises he had so she used her power to heal them, which amazed Link. Years later, she meets with Link again who has grown up a lot and has gained the Master Sword, but saw a personality change as Link was silent and stoic and when Mipha asks what was wrong, Link brushes her off. After Link used a pot lid to parry a laser from an out-of-control Guardian, Rhoam bore witness to this and was so amazed that he appointed him as Princess Zelda's personal knight, though the princess was not at all thrilled about it.
When it came time to appoint the Champions due to the signs of Calamity Ganon returning unable to be ignored any longer, Princess Zelda goes to each region to speak with them. Zelda meets with Mipha at Veiled Falls to request her help to take on Ganon which she agreed to right away as she wanted to do everything she can, to help everyone and Link. She asks about the other Champions which Zelda names them all but only addresses Link as the knight with the sword that seals the darkness, which Mipha knowing whom she is talking about. She calls to Sidon who was down below. As Zelda tells her that he might be too young to swim up the waterfall, Mipha explains that one day she must leave him to face her fate with Ruta. After she brings Sidon back up, Mipha tells Sidon that if anything happened to her, he needs to protect Zora's Domain, she believes in him and asks if he would like to go again.
The Champions are assembled at Hyrule Castle where they are given their titles and special blue cloths. Once they take a break, the Champions take a break outside in the gazebo where they are intrigued by Zelda's Sheikah Slate and Mipha, who learns about the Camera Rune asks Zelda for a favor. Purah then brings everyone together for a photo shoot and instructs everyone to get into position until she finds it just right and takes the photo, but as she did that Daruk pulled everyone in. Mipha cherished the moment, but she is saddened to hear that Link is being appointed as Zelda's knight, meaning that they will spend more time with each other. The Champions take part in Link's personal ceremony, which came across as dismal due to the tone Zelda had which the Champions were talking about it.
Princess Zelda had initially avoided Link for a while, lashed out at him, and it got to the point where she took advantage of Gerudo law to escape from him, which has him requiring Urbosa's help to deal with the situation. Zelda eventually learns the hard way when she is attacked by the Yiga Clan and is left completely defenseless, and Link was able to save her. This has resulted in Zelda being apologetic over her behavior and as she gets to know him, she learns that while Link is indeed gifted and successful, he is under so much pressure from everyone counting on him to fight Ganon with so many lives at stake, which Zelda is all too familiar with since she has been training to access her power for years with no success and her father's scoldings did not help her case either, with Zelda longing to follow a different path to do what she longs to do without worry.
Link meets with Mipha and sit together at Vah Ruta's trunk where Mipha is healing a wound on Link's arm and she reminisces on how he was such a reckless child when she first meet him and finds it oddly funny that Hylians age faster than her kind. Mipha moves on to the topic on Calamity Ganon, but she promises that no matter how grave his wounds on, she will tend to them and once everything is over, she hopes that they will spend more time with each other.
The Champions meet with Link and Zelda, who were coming back from Mt. Lanayru, where she tells them that she had not succeeded. Mipha was about to recommend something, but was interrupted by Calamity Ganon's return, prompting the Champions to head to their Divine Beasts. However, the Champions have lost their lives when Ganon seized the Divine Beasts which had Link and Zelda mourning for them. Link was grievously wounded that he had to be taken to the Shrine of Resurrection while Zelda uses her power to hold Ganon in Hyrule Castle. When Link is revived a century later, he heads to each of the regions to free the Divine Beasts, one of them is Ruta, which Mipha is grateful for him slaying Waterblight Ganon and restoring control of Vah Ruta to her and implores her to save Princess Zelda as he leaves. Once Link confronts Calamity Ganon at Hyrule Castle, Mipha and the Champions open fire and once Dark Beast Ganon is defeated, Zelda will be free and destroys it with her power.

Miphzelink is an uncommon ship among the fanbase with only over ten stories in Archive of Our Own, though it does have its fans. Considering the rivalry of the Zelink and Miphlink shippers have, some of these fans have taken the alternative of pulling off a threesome, while some of them could not decide whom to ship Link with, which what they end up going with. Mipha is shown to be somewhat envious of Zelda, who is spending more time with Link than she is due to Link being appointed as her knight, but she does not start any kind of drama over it. Zelda remains completely unaware of Mipha's crush on Link for the entirety of the games as Mipha notes that she wishes she could have told her something. While Link isn't fully aware that Mipha has a crush on him, the Japanese descriptions have him speaking in the first person on his thoughts on the two of them.
