MisaRiko is the family ship between Misato Kuroi and Riko Amanai from the Jujutsu Kaisen fandom.
Canon[]
Misato's family has served the Star Plasma Vessel for several generations[1] and is close to Tengen. For that reason, the Star Plasma Vessel's guard has been entrusted to them[2]. Misato went to University for a few years, she wanted a normal job but her affection for Riko made her go back to her old life[3].
Tengen felt Riko's presence as the Star Plasma Vessel shortly after she was born and established contact with her family through Jujutsu High[4]. Riko has lived with Misato since her parents died in a car accident when she was four years old[5]. As the Star Plasma Vessel's guardian, Misato has learned hand-to-hand combat and learned how to manipulate cursed energy even though she isn't a sorcerer[6].
Gojo's Past Arc[]
When Riko and Misato are attacked by Q they are rescued by Suguru Geto and Satoru Gojo. When Riko reacts negatively to Gojo holding her, Misato reassures her by saying that the boys are on their side. Riko then asks about Misato's mount and learns it is one of Geto's cursed spirits. Riko tells Misato she wants to go to school and Misato tries to dissuade her to no avail.
When Riko is at school, Misato explains to the boys that Riko doesn't have a family because she lost her parents,wheh she was a little kid. She tells them that she has been taking care of Riko since her parents died and that's why she wants Riko to spend her last moments with her friends. Geto tells her that she is her family and a flustered Misato agrees with him.
When they learn about Riko's school being infiltrated, Misato and the boys go look for her. When Gojo asks where Riko is, Misato tells him that she has singing lessons and that, depending on the teacher, she's either in the chapel or in the music classroom. Misato is then tasked to look for Riko in the music classroom. Misato apologises for Riko not telling them about her whereabouts even though Misato told her to notifiy her of her movements.
Misato defeats a curse user's clone and tells him she will kill him if he dares to touch even one hair on Riko's head. Misato informs Geto that Riko is with Gojo and he tells her that they will catch up to them. They then learn that there is a 30 million Yen bounty on Riko's head, shocking Misato.
When Misato is kidnapped by curse users, Riko is distraught and refuses to go to Jujutsu High without her. She wants to come with the boys for the negociations. Riko wants to see Misato before the assimilation because she hasn't said goodbye to her yet. She is relieved when she learns she can come with the boys to rescue Misato.
After Misato has been rescued, they all hang out and have fun in Okinawa. When they arrive at Jujutsu High, Misato and Riko both flee with Geto when Gojo is stabbed by Toji Fushiguro. Once they reach the Tombs of the Star Corridor, Riko and Misato say goodbye to each other tearfully. They hug each other and say they love each other. Later, Toji kills both Misato and Riko.

Misato and Riko appear laughing together in the afterlife.
