MitsuJun is the het ship between Junpei Iori and Mitsuru Kirijo from the Persona fandom.
Canon[]
Junpei and Mitsuru are a year apart. They are also members of SEES. Junpei and Mitsuru both refer to each other by their surnames. In the original English version, Junpei calls Mitsuru by her first name, but Mitsuru still refers to him by surname even though Junpei insists everyone in SEES calls him by his first name. This is because their relationship is closer than that of the others in SEES. The only two people Mitsuru and Junpei are closest with are Yukari and Makoto/Kotone. Like Yukari and the other female members of SEES, Junpei can only see her as a friend due to his crush on Chidori.
Junpei met Mitsuru after he joined SEES in April. During the June operation to rescue Fuuka in Tartarus, during the search for gym storage keys, Mitsuru decided to stay with Junpei mainly to keep an eye on him so he wouldn’t be cheated.
On July 7th, on the full moon at Love Hotel, where two Shadows are located. If Junpei and Mitsuru were put in the same party as Makoto and Yukari, they would be transported to different rooms thanks to Arcana Lover’s manipulation. When they regrouped with Makoto and Yukari after they regained their senses, if Makoto asked them how they were doing, Mitsuru denied this and said nothing happened. It implies that the others went through a similar experience.
During the Yakushima trip, Junpei has no problem flirting with Mitsuru in her swimsuit.
FES/Recording[]
In one of the video recordings, she believes Junpei's room has been ransacked due to its mess. After calling Officer Kurosawa to investigate, she is surprised and embarrassed when Junpei arrives and explains that his room "always looks like this."
Female Route[]
During the May full moon operation, when Junpei complained about Kotone’s gender and being the only one in the group, Mitsuru scolded Junpei. She is willing to threaten Junpei if he keeps speaking ill about Kotone just because she is a woman; Junpei insists that he didn't mean it in a sexist or condescending way.
Unlike Kotone’s counterparts, Junpei and Mitsuru cannot be paired together because Arcana Lover only pairs them with the opposite sex. Junpei is paired with Kotone, while Mitsuru is paired with Yukari.

In Act 2, Junpei is unwilling to be paired with charmed Mitsuru during the love hotel. When charmed by Mitsuru’s failed attempt to flirt with him, he seems uncomfortable. Junpei is overwhelmed by the charmed Mitsuru, who is on the ground, and puts her boot on him. He seems to enjoy it until Sakuya frees Yukari and Mitsuru from Arcana Lover’s control.

In Arc 5, Mitsuru called Junpei to inform him about Chidori’s revival at the hospital.
