Mizumafuena is the poly ship between Mizuki Akiyama, Mafuyu Asahina and Ena Shinonome from the Project SEKAI fandom.
Canon[]
Mizuki, Mafuyu and Ena are all members of 25-ji, Nightcord de. as well as close friends. While their friendship initially started on lies, due to Mafuyu not actually being herself around others, the three have only become closer since Mafuyu stopped putting on an act.
Mizuki and Ena often provide emotional support and a safe space for Mafuyu whenever she's struggling with her problems with home, and most notably her mother's high and pressuring expectations. Examples being, Ena using her father's fame to convince Mafuyu's mother to let her stay overnight after finding Mafuyu outside just as it began to rain - knowing Mafuyu doesn't feel comfortable going back home. This gives Mafuyu a brief reprieve from the stifling atmosphere she lives in and gives her an inside look to how other family's function. She also points out the faults in Mafuyu's mother's behaviour and how the way she treats Mafuyu isn't okay and she's allowed to be upset and angry.
Mizuki, on the flip side, supports Mafuyu by letting her know that if things get too hard that it's okay to run away until you're ready to keep pushing on. When Mafuyu's communication with her friend's is cut off and limited by her mother, Mizuki manages to meet up with her and tries to take her places to take her mind off the pain her parent's are causing for her.
Due to Mafuyu's blunt and monotone way of speaking and Ena's short temper, the two tend to bicker a lot. During these moments, it's usually Mizuki who mediates between them.
Immiscible Discord[]
Mizuki and Ena hang out at the diner after a shopping spree. There, they discuss Mafuyu's mother and try to wonder what they could do for Mafuyu herself, before they spot her walking outside. Mizuki suggests bringing her in, as a way to try and make her feel better, and Ena tells them to do so. Mizuki goes out and waves at Mafuyu before bringing her to their table. Ena then asks if Mafuyu had cram school and attempts to ask her about her mother as well, but Mafuyu goes silent. Mizuki breaks the silence by asking if Mafuyu wants to order something and then teases Ena about her weight when she mentions wanting a parfait. Mafuyu then says there's nothing wrong with wanting to eat what you want, and Ena, in an annoyed tone, tells Mizuki to ask a waiter to take their orders. While enjoying their food and drinks, Mizuki talks about clothes they saw that they imagined fitting both Mafuyu and Kanade well despite being nothing like what they usually wear. Mizuki then asks if they should invite Kanade too to check out the store when they can and Ena chimes in saying they definitely should do it when they have some free time again. Mafuyu says she'll think about it, and a bit later, thinks how talking to Mizuki and Ena made her ease up a lot. Mafuyu then notices a message sent by her mother and says her curfew's coming up. She then thanks both Ena and Mizuki for making her feel better.

In Ena's "A Shadow Out Of Sight" card's second side story, she runs over to Mafuyu's school to check if she's still there, as the group hasn't heard anything from her. She manages to run into some of Mafuyu's archery clubmates, as well as Airi and Shizuku, and while they aren't able to help her, she thanks them and runs to the central street. Ena proceeds to call Mizuki and then shares what she heard during her meeting with the Miyamasuzaka students. Mizuki mentions they also didn't see Mafuyu at the station, and Ena questions why Mafuyu hasn't contacted her groupmates. Mizuki says they plan on checking the diner, and Ena thanks them, replying that she'll also be on her way there. After arriving, Ena wonders why she can't see either Mafuyu nor Mizuki in front of the diner and if Mizuki went to look around the area. Her thoughts are interrupted by Len and Rin popping by to inform that Miku and KAITO found Mafuyu and that she's planning on telling her mother what she truly feels.

Mizumafuena is a rarepair - rivalled by the more popular monogamous ships (Mizuena, Mafuena, Kanamafu etc.) and the more popular poly variant of Polyniigo - which includes their fourth group member Kanade.
Some fans might prefer this ship over its more popular poly variant due to preferring Kanade in other ships, such as Honakana or Ichikana, as opposed to the ship with her groupmates.
