Mizuruikasa is the poly ship between Mizuki Akiyama, Rui Kamishiro and Tsukasa Tenma from the Project SEKAI fandom.
Canon[]
Rui and Tsukasa are members of the musical troupe, Wonderlands x Showtime. Mizuki is a member of the group 25-ji, Nightcord de. The three go to the same high school, Kamiyama High, where Rui and Tsukasa are third-years and Mizuki is a second-year. The three meet together for the first time in the Kamiyama High Festival event. Ruikasa are featured in many events together since they're in the same unit, while Mizurui are seen interacting in a few events because they've been friends since middle school. Mizukasa have comparitively less interactions than the other two because they met each other recently.
Mizuki first met Rui in middle school where the two bonded over being outcasts and often met up on the rooftop to kill time. Mizuki was treated as an outcast for the way they dress, while Rui was seen as an outcast for his eccentric ideas. Rui and Tsukasa met at Phoenix Wonderland, where Tsukasa was impressed at Rui's performance, and eventually the two become part of the troupe, Wonderlands x Showtime. Mizuki met Tsukasa during the Kamiyama High Festival event, where Tsukasa was acting out his play on stage, and Mizuki was laughing at how strange the play was.
Rui and Tsukasa often land themselves in trouble for their wild antics due to Rui's experiments, and are regarded as the duo of weirdos at school. In an area conversation with Tsukasa, Mizuki notices how Rui has let himself loose after meeting Tsukasa, compared to how he was in middle school. The three of them have one thing in common personality-wise; they're all regarded as weirdos or seen as strange by those around them. Mizuki was bullied at school for the way they dress, Rui was ignored by his peers for the way he expresses himself, and Tsukasa's noisy nature leads to him getting on people's nerves.

Mizuruikasa has been gaining popularity, notably on Tiktok. The ship is generally regarded as a very light-hearted and comedic trio. Some call the ship "Kamiyama weirdo trio"" because all three of them are seen as strange by their classmates. Another aspect of the ship enjoyed by fans is portrayals of the three pranking Akito, since the three are known to irritate him at school. Some enjoy the ship because they can't decide between Mizurui and RuiKasa. A few also enjoy the ship as part of other poly ships such as Mizuakiruikasa or Mizuenaruikasa. It's mainly rivaled by more popular ships such as Emukasa, Ruinene and Mizuena.
