Mizusaki is the non-binary ship between Mizuki Akiyama and Saki Tenma from the Project SEKAI fandom.
Canon[]
Mizuki and Saki are members of different groups, 25-ji, Nightcord de. and Leo/need respectively, and attend different schools as second-year students, meaning they haven't had many opportunities to interact.
The two have similar personalities - both having an interest in fashion and being overall very upbeat and cheerful.
Hectic Cafe ●REC!![]
The two first meet when MORE MORE JUMP! are scheduled to feature on a TV program advertising a café in Shibuya called "carino/carina" which is growing popular, and is coincidentally where Minori and Saki work part-time. Though when it's revealed that there won't be enough staff working that day, and one of the café's veteran employees is unable to work because of home issues and leaving only one server to tackle it all on their own, the idol group begins looking for a temporary employee to help out. Airi immediately thinks of and reaches out to Mizuki, who was coincidentally worrying over the money they needed to ensure high quality for the Niigo music video they were currently working on, so naturally they accept after hearing that they'd be paid for the day they work.
On the day of the recording, which is when Mizuki happens to be working, Saki also happens to be working as well and is the employee instructing Mizuki for the day. They introduce themselves, Mizuki quickly picking up on Saki's surname and asking if she has an older brother - and the two are quick to talk about Tsukasa, Saki being happy to meet someone her brother knows. After their introductions and realising they're also the same age, they decide to refer to one another with casual terms (Mizuki-chan and Saki-chan).
The two of them begin their shift, often pausing to admire the recording MORE MORE JUMP! are doing, especially as fans of the group - and also just overall excited to see a TV recording in person. During the break for the TV recording, the café's business hits a high when a pro-wrestler, infamous for eating lots of sweets after matches, comes into the store with a group of others and orders ten of the store's well-known strawberry parfait along with ten waffles. The kitchen becomes frantic as they rush to finish the orders, especially with the TV recording starting back up soon.
Saki and other staff finish off the waffles and hand them to Mizuki for finishing touches, though Saki becomes stoic when she realises one of the plates has some of the cream slightly squashed. Mizuki, not seeing a problem with the small decoration issue explains that it isn't too big a deal but Saki insists they redo it - Mizuki frowns saying they thought they did pretty well. Saki visibly lightens up again, explaining that when it's busy and difficult to do your best on the finishing touches for orders, it's natural to cut corners without realising but even if it's just one plate out of many for the staff that one plate is everything to the customer. And that, no matter how busy, you shouldn't cut corners and put everything you have at that moment into your work - that being carino/carina's policy.
Mizuki comes to understand, having a similar feeling with their own personal work and being particular about even the small things and Saki explains that even though she thought the policy was strict at first she understood when she saw the customer's smiles. This fires Mizuki up to try even harder with the food arrangement - Saki cheering them on and teaching them how to fix the cream they messed up with. Though the brightened mood is cut off when the pro-wrestler adds five pudding à la mode to their order and then eight coffee jellies and another five waffles.
Airi and the rest of MORE MORE JUMP! intervene and ask the pro-wrestler for her opinions on the menu so far to add to the interview, but also to ensure she won't order anything more until the employees are able to catch up with the many orders she previously made. This gives Mizuki and Saki some breathing room to finish the current orders with less panic.
In the first side story of Mizuki's "Perfect Presentation!" card, while MORE MORE JUMP! is rehearsing for their shoot, talking to the staff and Airi pulls the cafe's manager aside to calm him down, Saki sighs how thoughtful she is. While agreeing with her, Mizuki thinks how easy it is to talk with Saki. Mizuki then asks what Tsukasa is like at home, and after explaining, Saki in exchange asks how Mizuki got to know Tsukasa. Mizuki tells all their memories of the school festival, leading to Saki also being surprised that Tsukasa has fans in school. After talking about their siblings, the cafe's bell rings and Saki asks Mizuki to show the customers to the table, which they enthusiastically do.

Mizusaki is a rarepair due to their few canonical interactions, but has existed and had a small group of fans for a while. A lot of Mizusaki fans initially paired the two because they thought their personalities would work well together.
The ship's main rivals are Mizuena and Mizurui on Mizuki's side and Polyneed, along with the individual pairings (Ichisaki, Shihosaki and Honasaki) on Saki's side.
