MockingWidow is the femslash ship between Natasha Romanoff and Bobbi Morse from the Marvel fandom.
Canon[]
Avengers[]
Natasha and Bobbi met for the first time in Avengers #239, right after Bobbi married Clint Barton. Clint was worried about his new wife meeting his ex-girlfriend, but fortunately, they hit it off fabulously. However, Bobbi and Clint moved to the West Coast shortly afterwards to open a new Avengers branch, so there wasn't much time for Bobbi and Natasha to get to know each other well.
They met again when the US government revealed that an unnamed former Avenger was willing to testify that the Avengers had committed treason against the United States. All the current members of the Avengers went to collect former members to either ask for help or to see if they were the ones behind the plot. Bobbi went to find Natasha, and, as a fellow former spy, the two of them put their heads together to see if there was more to this story than they knew. Thought bubbles in the panels showed that they were both thinking about how pretty the other one was.
Bobbi was presumed dead for many years. After she returned, she was part of the New Avengers, living in the apartment of Bucky Barnes, Natasha's boyfriend, and they had more frequent interactions.
Black Widow: Deadly Origin[]
When the icepick protocol was activated against Natasha, nanobots were activated in Bobbi that caused her to try and kill Clint. Natasha jumped into the room just in time and kissed Bobbi to inject her with counter-nanites. Bobbi later passed a message through Bucky, telling Natasha that if she was "still curious," she should give Bobbi a call.
Widowmaker[]
Bobbi and Natasha also worked together (along with Clint) to track down a new Ronin, which turned out to be Natasha's ex-husband Alexei.
Secret Avengers[]
They were later teammates on the Secret Avengers. Bobbi played a prank on Natasha by using SHIELD technology to camouflage herself as Nat at a briefing meeting. While Natasha looked annoyed in the moment, she didn't seem to hold a grudge, and she later showed concern for Bobbi's welfare during a later mission when Bobbi needed to be rescued by the team.
Secret Empire[]
Bobbi and Natasha were both leaders in the superhero resistance against Hydra. When Natasha died in Secret Empire, Bobbi could be seen visibly crying and being comforted by Pepper Potts. Bobbi was also seen crying at Natasha's funeral.
After Natasha came back to life, Bobbi, Natasha, Clint, and Bucky were sent on a mission to retrieve the War Machine armor from Frank Castle. The team bantered comfortably until Natasha used to her Widow's Sting to knock both Bobbi and Clint unconscious, as she had own her plan to use Castle to kill Hydra members.

Fanon[]
Bobbi and Natasha are both former high-ranking SHIELD agents who later became Avengers (and have gone back and forth between the agency and the Avengers). They both have no superpowers per se but are skilled enough fighters to keep up with superpowered heroes and villains. They both have a romantic history with Clint Barton and a surrogate father bond with Nick Fury, and they get along very well with each other. While some fans pit these two characters against each other in order to support their preferred Clint ship, Natasha and Bobbi have been on good terms in canon, and fans of this ship prefer to celebrate their similarities instead of using them for competition.
Their canon interactions can be interpreted as Bobbi having a crush on Natasha. While Natasha plays things very close to the chest, it's possible that she reciprocates these feelings.
