Moicy is the femslash ship between Moira and Mercy from the Overwatch fandom.
Canon[]
Angela joined Overwatch at a young age and became the head of medical research. She discovered new uses for nano-biology and how to use it to heal injuries and illness. She developed the Valkyrie suit, so that she could use the tech on the battlefield, taking the call name "Mercy" when she did. After Overwatch was disbanded, Mercy continued to use her tech to heal others.
The two were both part of an Overwatch team. Mercy was part of the main Overwatch team, while Moira was part of the Blackwatch team. Both of them were doctors for their respective teams, though Moira was more into experimentation. Mercy seems to be horrified by Moira's experiments.

Fanon[]
Fans have shipped the two based on the "Opposites Attract" trope in romance writing. Their personalities and morals oppose each other, and Mercy and Moira can be considered foils in a sense: both want to save the world, but have very different ideas and methods of doing so. Moicy is also considered an Enemies/Rivals-to-Lovers ship. Fanfics and art will often tone down their dislike of each other by depicting the two annoying each other instead.
Fanfics will sometimes have the two be together during the fall of Overwatch. They will have the two reunite and have Mercy feel betrayed by Moira for joining Talon. Some fans will often depict the two having more comedic meet ups as well; these mostly involve their roles as Support and the idea that no one seems to appreciate them.
A common trope among Moicy art is depcting the two in more elegant settings, such as ballroom dances. Typically Moira is depicted in a suit, and Mercy in an dress.
On AO3 it is the most written ship for Moira, and the third most written for Mercy. It is the twelfth most written ship in the Overwatch fandom.

- Mercy is 39, while Moira is 50
- Moira and Mercy have two matching sprays together. They each have half of the Overwatch "Sigil", with Moira's side in the Blackwatch colors. For the other spray combination, Mercy has "Light" and Moira has "Shadow".
- Mercy's equipable voice line "Are you finished?" is a reference to Moira's voice line that says the same. It was released in Season 10's battle pass with Mercy's "Vengeance" skin that places her as a member of Talon in the Mirrorwatch alternate universe, implying that Mercy would take Moira's place if she joined Talon.
