MonoIida is the slash ship between Tenya Iida and Neito Monoma from the My Hero Academia fandom.
Canon[]
Tenya and Neito are both students at UA High School, although Tenya is in Class 1-A, and Neito is in Class 1-B. As such, they do not interact very often in canon. Following the events of the Stain arc, Neito seeks out Tenya, Midoriya and Todoroki in the cafeteria. He tells them that they must love being the center of attention, and that one day they and the other members of the class will bring actual harm to the rest of the students. Kendo interrupts and knocks Neito out before he can say anymore.
Neito fails his final exams, and is forced into extra lessons with Mr. Aizawa at the Summer Training Camp. He and the other students that failed are taking their night lessons in a classroom when the League of Villains attack the camp. Tenya and a handful of other students from Class 1-A run towards the classroom and take safety there. Tenya and Neito are in the same room when Dabi attacks. They are two of the thirteen students who were physically unharmed from the villains' attack.
With Tenya as the class representative of Class 1-A, and Neito always singing the praises of Class 1-B, the two have been known to butt heads on occasion. In Team Up Missions: Volume 2, Tenya and Neito find themselves in such a situation. They both write into Present Mic's radio show, asking for advice on one another. Neito complains that Class 1-A thinks highly of themselves and doesn't listen when he explains how good Class 1-B is. Tenya complains that Neito is disrupting them by visiting their dormitories to brag about how good his class is. All Might suggests that perhaps Neito is just looking for an excuse to make friends with Class 1-A.
Later, Neito comes to the 1-A dorms again to show them a presentation on why his class is better than their class. Tenya mistakenly thinks that he spots "clues" in Neito's presentation that imply he is being abused by Class 1-B. Tenya falls to his knees and apologizes for his behaviour, then communes his concerns to Midoriya and Kirishima. Together the three of them try to get the truth out of Neito. When that doesn't work, they get the rest of Class 1-A to agree to pamper Neito so that he feels compassion and love. By the end of the day, any trace of ill-will in Neito has been vanquished; until, of course, Kendo comes to pick him up. When Tenya learns the truth he apologizes profusely to Neito and Itsuka, but Neito laughs hysterically at the misunderstanding.

Monoiida is considered to be a rarepair in the fandom. The ship likely sailed as a result of their interactions in the Team Up Missions manga. Alternatively, fans may like the pairing as it has similarities to MonoKendo, but with added benefits such as Tenya coming from a different class. Monoiida currently has over 25 works on AO3.
