MonoShin is the Slash ship between Monoma Neito and Shinso Hitoshi from the My Hero Academia fandom.
Canon
Both Shinso and Monoma are introduced by showing some sort of animosity towards the Class 1-A kids.
Both characters have quirks that might suit a villain more or that doesn't necessarily fit the typical idea of a hero.
When teamed up together in the Join Training Arc, Monoma repeatedly praises Shinso and states that he likes him. The two are often seen together before their match.
Monoma engages with Shinso multiple times, excited to work with him, saying things such as "I like this one" and "I've really taken an interest in you."
Shinso suggests that he and Monoma combine their quirks in their team up.
Monoma brings up their similarities with the lack of raw power behind their quirks and thus needing to know what they can't do as well as embrace their darker side.
When Midoriya's Black Whip begins going berserk, Monoma immediately calls out to Shinso in worry. And when Monoma is caught by Uraraka, Shinso calls out to him in worry while thinking "I need to save him."
They're shown to have some level of respect or care for each other as they both have apologetic thoughts about not being able to help the other out more. Monoma monologues an apology for Shinso about getting himself caught and Shinso thinks an apology to Monoma as he retreats instead of saves him.
They plan the team's strategy together, trusting the other to lead with Shinso suggesting combining his quirk with Monoma's while Monoma says that he shouldn't be relied on and will be counting on Shinso.
Monoma helps out Shinso by using Nirengeki Shoda's Twin Impact quirk on Midoriya before Midoriya could attack Shinso. To this, Shinso praises Monoma, thinking "Well done, Monoma!"
Monoma and Shinso don't have too many appearances in merch or in various games, but often when they do, they are together.

Before these two even met, fans were shipping them together for their mutual dissent towards Class 1-A and "villainous"-style quirks.
Shippers of this couple often paint Monoma as the one who has fallen for Shinso and pursues him while Shinso apathetically accepts and eventually appreciates Monoma's over-the-top behavior.
