As the top operatives within the KND, they command all troops and are frequently seen together on Moonbase.
Although the exact nature of their friendship remains somewhat ambiguous, it’s implied that Fanny and Rachel have known each other for a long time, as evidenced in Operation: M.A.U.R.I.C.E. Fanny demonstrates deep respect for Rachel, openly stating her admiration during missions, especially when she’s sent on assignments by her superior. She even jokingly believes that Rachel would "smack a few 'stoopid' boys" in Operation: F.U.G.I.T.I.V.E. if she were in Rachel’s position, suggesting a level of comfort and trust between them.
