Moonberry is the slash ship between Astro and Sprout from the Dandy's World fandom
Canon[]
Sprout and Astro are both playable characters in Dandy's World. Sprout and Astro can interact with each other in the elevator if there are two players playing as them. Currently, they have only two interactions. They both are main characters. They both also help other toons with their abilities, Sprout can heal other players by using 100 tapes while Astro can create a pulse that fully restores the Stamina of the Toons around him. Sprout is a strawberry while Astro is a Crescent Moon. Sprout is overprotective of other toons while Astro also cares about others, although he sometimes might not show it well.
In their first interaction, Sprout tries to get Astro's attention. Astro says nothing, and Sprout repeats himself. Astro wakes up and responds to Sprout. Sprout tells Astro that the team can't have him dozing off, and Astro apologizes.
In their second interaction, Astro asks Sprout if he is well. Sprout says that he's well enough and asks Astro what he wants. Astro says that he was just checking in, and Sprout makes sure that there weren't any desserts he was looking for. Astro confirms that but gives up on the conversation

Moonberry is a semi-popular ship in the Dandy's World Fandom, People shipped them due to their interactions as most think they would be cute together. This ship became popular before their first dialogues came out, so a lot of people wondered how their first dialogue would go. After their dialogues came out, the ship gained even more popularity. People like the way Sprout checks on Astro in one of their dialogues, as well as how Astro does the same by asking Sprout if he's well.
The ship is commonly hated and disliked by a large majority of the Dandy's World fandom due to a specific fanmade comic which made some change the way they viewed Moonberry's relationship. The comic in question had Sprout cheating on Cosmo with Astro, and due to it's popularity, under a lot of Moonberry posts on TikTok it is pretty common to see people reference the comic. Some people joke that "Astro would be abusive toward Sprout" or others just prefer Fruitcake and Moonflower more.
This ship mainly rivals Moonflower, Fruitcake and sometimes rivals Veestro, Berryvision, Berryfunny, FossilBerry and StrawberryCookie. Moonberry is often shipped alongside FlowerCake, as Astro and Sprout are the best friends of Dandy and Cosmo. Sometimes the two are shipped with Cosmo resulting in Moonberrycake.
