MortMark is a slash ship between Mort and Mark from The Anime Club fandom.
Canon[]
Mort and Mark are characters from The Anime Club. Although, Mort is ill-tempered with a short fuse that he often leads fights with Mark, as seen in Part 1, Part 2 (during a flashback, the aftermath of the fight), Part 3 (in a recording that Amy showed up to the Anime Club members, sent by someone) and in the non-canon April Fools story Part 6 (also known as Grave of the Fanboys. They threw hands for a short period of time with Clyde interrupting them after). Mark quoted twice in Part 3 and Part 5 that he started to remember why he left the Japanese Animation Club alongside with Mort due to Amy's... awkwardness and he decided to join in the Anime Club, instead.
Fanon[]
MortMark is possibly the most popular ship in the Anime Club fandom. It may first originates from Tumblr in the early 2010s.
It is also, usually, viewed as a toxic ship.
The author of the comic, KC Green made a doodle of Mort and Mark dressed as the groom (Mort) and the bride (Mark) on the frontpage for a fan, describing it as "hot yaoi".
The ship usually rivals MortDave and MarkClyde.
