MuiMitsu is the friendship between Muichiro Tokito and Mitsuri Kanroji from the Demon Slayer fandom.

Muichiro and Mitsuri are both ranked Hashira and are affiliated with the Demon Slayer Corps. Mitsuri is the Love Hashira, while Muichiro is the Mist Hashira. Whilst both are Hashira they also both have created their own Breathing Styles, which are Mist and Love Breathing respectively.
The two are both present during the Hashira Meeting regarding the Kamado siblings. During this meeting, Mitsuri is on the side of Tanjiro and his sister because she found their sibling bond heartwarming. Meanwhile, Muichiro stared at the sky while claiming that he didn't care whether the two were executed or not, since he would just forget about them afterwards. Later during the meeting, Kagaya Ubuyashiki appears before the Hashira, prompting them to bow to him out of respect. Tanjiro, unfamiliar with Ubuyashiki and his importance, interrupts as he speaks, causing Muichiro to flick a few stones at his forehead as a warning. Mitsuri admires how Muichiro was genuinely paying attention despite seeming like he wasn't. Mitsuri compliments Muichiro by calling him “cool” in her thoughts.
During the Swordsmith Village Arc, Muichiro and Mitsuri are both in the Swordsmith Village regarding their katana. Even though both are present, interactions between the two are unknown. However both did meet Tanjiro and Nezuko at some point during their stay.
During their stay at the village, the village gets attacked by Hantengu and Gyokko. At that moment Muichiro is close to Hantengu and goes on to attack him, while Mitsuri is making her way there. Despite being in different locations both end up saving the swordsmiths from a fish demon created by Gyokko. Muichiro came across one when he was heading back to where Hantengu is after getting blasted away by him, while Mitsuri came across multiple of them when she arrived at a certain part of the village. Even though both first came across one the demons, they went on to face off against the other one, since Mitsuri first came across Gyokko’s Blood Demon Art, while Muichiro first came across Hantengu.
After the battle is over most of them are in an open field, while a moment later Mitsuri is seen running up to them and proceeds to hug Muichiro, Genya, Tanijro and Nezuko while Muichiro makes a shocked face.

In the Second Official Fanbook, the Hashiras are questioned about how they feel towards their colleagues. Muichiro characterizes Mitsuri as a pink-colored chick emitting a “cheep cheep!” sound, likely referring to Mitsuri having a talkative and outgoing personality. He also appreciates Mitsuri's beautiful hair and blatantly says so in his section. Conversely, Mitsuri admires Muichiro's Hashira-level prowess despite his youth, and she concludes by expressing that she finds Muichiro's sophisticated demeanor lovely.

Muichiro and Mitsuri can be considered colleagues rather than close friends. Although they hold each other in high regard as fellow Hashira, there is little indication in the series of them sharing a deeper connection. Their exchanges are generally tied to their responsibilities within the Demon Slayer Corps. However, Muichiro and Mitsuri seem to share admiration for each other despite their little interactions.
In terms of romance, MuiMitsu has a limited fanbase and is often criticized because of their 5-year age gap, with Mitsuri being 19 years old, a legal adult, and Muichiro being a 14-year-old minor. Nonetheless, supporters of the pairing (romantically) argue in favor of their age difference by citing other established couples like Kagaya x Amane, who have a 4-year age gap. MuiMitsu is more favored on within the Japanese and Korean segments of the fandom as opposed to the English-speaking side. There isn't a clear explanation for this, but frequently, ships with significant age differences tend to be more popular in Korea and particularly in Japan, for example, pairings like GiyuTan or RenTan.
Platonically, the friendship has a exceptionally larger fanbase then it does romantically. Most fans of the pairing claim that Mitsuri could be an older sister or even a motherly figure to Muichiro, and that Obanai Iguro would be considered Muichiro's “father” due to his status with Mitsuri. The family ship between Obanai, Mitsuri, and Muichiro is commonly referred to as ObaMitsuFamily or ObaMuiMitsu.
