Nefhoda is the femslash ship between Nefer and Jahoda from the Genshin Impact fandom.
Canon[]
Jahoda is Nefer’s most valuable employee at the Curatorium of Secrets. The first clause of her job contract states she is responsible for handling ordinary requests from clients or matters Nefer is too lazy to tend to herself, such as rescuing cats and chasing off dogs. Jahoda often refers to Nefer as Boss or simply Nef. At first glance it may seem Nefer is under-appreciative of Jahoda but in fact she cares a great deal about her. Many have often posed a question to Lady Nefer as to why in a town with so many rare gifts and inquisitive minds she places her faith in a girl seemingly so ordinary, or even a touch clumsy, with Nefer’s reply never changing:

On bad days, Jahoda herself fears if Nefer is ever gonna fire her. Nefer believes Jahoda will continue to grow and will learn to navigate every rocky patch and treacherous storm, and steer her own life with a steady hand, and that she is interested to observe it.

A Dance of Snowy Tides and Hoarfrost Groves[]
Jahoda was lured by Lauma to make Nefer try to convince her in going to assist them in infiltrating Fatui’s Kuuvahki Experimental Design Bureau. Nefer visibly unhappy with this outcome still followed through with her promise to Lauma, with Nefer acting unusually polite towards Jahoda, Jahoda deduced she should agree to take on this mission to please Boss Nef. Judging from Nefer’s facial expression, she was not happy with Jahoda’s decision. After which Boss Nef had to temporarily fire her from the Curatorium, due to the fact that Curatorium of Secrets is not supposed to take sides of any factions in Nod-Krai, but Jahoda’s involvement in helping the Frostmoon Scions, if they were to be caught, would put them at odds with Fatui.
After Jahoda successfully completes her mission, the group comes back to Curatorium with Nefer already having prepared tea for them. Jahoda runs to Boss Nef to tell how scary her day at the Bureau was and that she is never willing to take on random jobs like this again. Nefer commends Jahoda on facing the Wild Hunt and living to tell the tale despite her complaints and rhetorically asks what else does she have to be afraid of.
Jahoda soon notices Nefer did not prepare enough tea cups for everyone, first assuming in panic that Nefer did not expect her to come back. Nefer visibly slightly upset by the assumption asks how Jahoda could have thought this of her and reminds her of the rules, that if a member of staff wants tea, they pour it themselves and directs that her cup is sitting safe inside cupboard. Jahoda is shocked by being called a “member of staff” and asks Nefer if that means she is accepting her back. Nefer reminds her with rhetorical question if that wasn’t the deal in the first place, Jahoda then rushes to sit beside Nefer and hugs her right arm, proclaiming Nefer to be the best boss ever!

Fanon[]
Nefhoda is sometimes frowned on as a femslash due to perceived power imbalance in the relationship and possible age difference, still, it has earned some popularity despite being heavily rivaled by Laufer. Most still prefer to see their dynamic as platonic found family.
Nefer and Jahoda are shown to have a humorous relationship, resembling that of a hero and their sidekick. In a lot of ways Nefer acts as a mentor to Jahoda’s blooming talents, despite her personality and not so sharp mind being opposite that of Nefer’s character qualities.
