Nene Kusanagi is a character from the Project SEKAI fandom.

Character

Nene is a second-year high school student at Kamiyama High and a member of the theater troupe Wonderlands x Showtime. Nene is described having an impressive singing voice, the songstress and vocalist of her troupe. Her love for musicals was inspired after a show she attended of “the Little Mermaid” when little.

After Nene was chosen as the main lead in a show and ended up forgetting a crucial line and messing up, she became very shy and had difficulty socializing, leading to her childhood friend and neighbor Rui Kamishiro creating a robot for her named Robo-Nene so she could return to living her passion in their theater troupe. She eventually started becoming more courageous and determined, managing to perform and improvise on her own.
