Caitlin x Nikki is the femslash ship between Nikki Wong and Caitlin Cooke from the 6teen fandom.

Nikki and Caitlin are friends. They're both part of the same inseparable group of friends the the show revolves around. However, Nikki is a bit suspicious of Caitlin at first. She spends the entirety of "The Big Sickie" (the second episode of the show) being generally cynical and rude to Caitlin, who is still getting used to the working life at this point. Nikki spends most of the episode being this way to Caitlin until she tries to stand up for herself.
After Caitlin mentions how rude Nikki is being to her, Nikki tells her that she's just wary of her "waltzing" into their group of friends who have been together since kindergarten. Nikki then says that all she knows about Caitlin is that she wears a lot of pink. This sends the two into a fit of laughter. When they compose themselves, Caitlin notices her hand on Nikki's shoulder and awkwardly pulls it away. Nikki also clears her throat and tells her to get back to work even though they were on a break.
Over time, Nikki warms up to Caitlin and the two become good friends. Nikki comes to understand that Caitlin is not nearly as shallow and vapid as she thought and that she is a really sweet person. And for the rest of the show, Nikki shows that she has warmed up to Caitlin, usually by showing her support. An example of this happens in the "A Crime of Fashion" episode. When Caitlin is framed for shoplifting, Nikki jumps at the chance to help her, teaming up with her on all sorts of schemes to clear her name. She's also among the most outspoken and angry with Tricia for her villainous actions against Caitlin, clearly disliking what the toxic former friend did to Caitlin.

Nikki x Caitlin is a rare ship in the 6teen fandom. Most fans in the fandom ship them platonically. Although fans of the ship who ship the two romantically love how they have an "opposites attract" dynamic, with Nikki being more of a "punk-rock" tsundere-like girl, while Caitlin is more of a girly-girl. This makes the fact that despite how different the two are, they became very good friends very sweet for many fans of this ship.
