Nirashiya is the slash ship between Suguru Niragi and Shuntaro Chishiya from Alice in Borderland fandom.
Canon[]
Niragi and Chishiya are players in the borderlands. Sometime after they entered the Borderlands they ended up at the Beach and became fellow executive members.

Season 1[]
Episode 5[]
Although Niragi and Chishiya don't directly interact in this episode, they are both at the executive meeting that Arisu is invited to as a guest. They sit nearly directly across eachother, and Niragi is seen looking most likely at Chishiya for a moment, then proceeding to lick his lips momentarily and look at the ceiling.
Episode 6[]
After the Hatter's death, the executives of Beach are having a meeting, to decide who was going to be the new leader 'Number One' of Beach. The first idea is Kuzuryu, who had been the Number Two right below Hatter. Although Niragi suggests Aguni should become the leader instead, because the militants of Beach have been doing the dirty work behind the scenes for a while (that being, killing the traitors, as to the death to all traitors rule), and haven't been gaining the respect they deserve. Using threats along with Last Boss, he forces everyone to take a vote on who would be number one. When Niragi sees Chishiya's hand down, he walks up to him, asking for his vote. Chishiya only glances at him with a raised eyebrow. Niragi suggests Chishiya is looking down at them, and that his eyes have always pissed him off, with the way he always looks condescending, like he is above everyone. Chishiya responds that the militants are actually stupid, causing Niragi to point his rifle at him. Then Chishiya raises his arms in surrender, saying he votes for Aguni as the new Number One, looking Niragi up and down and mentioning that Niragi would not want to lose this vote, making Niragi lower his rifle and say that Chishiya should act obediently like this in the future.
Episode 7[]
During the Ten of Hearts game, Chishiya arrives on the roof where Niragi is shooting innocent people. Chishiya asks if Niragi is not tired of bullying the weak. Niragi goes on to mention that Chishiya has always pissed him off, with the way he always acts as if he's clever. Chishiya responds that he is in fact clever. Niragi stands up and takes aim at him, asking if Chishiya really thinks Niragi can't aim a rifle at such a short range. Chishiya says yes, then runs at him, throwing the stolen cards into the air, scattering them all over the rooftop. Niragi looks up in confusion, then calls Chishiya a fucking idiot, making fun of him, though as he does, Chishiya pulls out a homemade flamethrower, built with a gasoline-filled water pistol and a lighter attached to the spout. Niragi looks over in shock, realizing what was happening when it was already too late. Chishiya sets Niragi on fire and falls over momentarily, then and Niragi falls off the roof into the pool below.
Season 2[]
Episode 7[]
During the ninth day of the Second Stage, whilst talking to Arisu, Chishiya's sentence is interrupted when he is unexpectedly shot by Niragi. Chishiya goes on to mention that Niragi intentionally missed a vital organ with that shot because he didn't want to kill him. Niragi says he didn't want their rivalry to end on a surprise attack. This implies he respects Chishiya as a rival of his, because he has a tendency of never showing any regard for killing people, meanwhile he insisted on having a fair fight with Chishiya. Afterwhich Niragi eventually throws a gun to Chishiya, suggesting that the three of them should have a gun fight between themselves. Chishiya agrees and goes on to pick up the gun that Niragi threw to him. The fight begins, though a few gunshots later, Chishiya runs over to hide behind a car, since he was already weak from the previous shot. A while later Usagi shows up. Niragi proceeds to shoot at her, in doing so he gets shot by Arisu. After the shots are fired it is revealed that Chishiya took the hit for Usagi. Both Niragi and Chishiya can then be seen laying against cars, while Arisu and Usagi go on to try to finish the last to two games.
Episode 8[]
After the Queen of Hearts game is beaten, fireworks can be seen. It then shows Niragi and Chishiya, who are both still alive, look at the fireworks. They're sitting against cars together, both bleeding out, implying they might've been there together for the multiple hours Croquet had gone on. A moment after the fireworks had appeared an announcement was made. This announcement gives the remaining players the option to stay or leave the borderlands. Chishiya refuses the citizenship, and asks Niragi what he was going to choose, to which Niragi denies it aswell.
Later it shows the two laying together in the same hospital room. After hearing Niragi cough, Chishiya turns towards him and Niragi tells him to leave him alone. Chishiya mentions that he had heard they both went through the same experience, having their heart stop during the hit of the meteors. Chishiya asks Niragi if the near-death experience gave him any reflection on life. Niragi says he only knows that he looks much worse. When Niragi asks Chishiya the same question, Chishiya says he wants to change his life around. Niragi with a scoff asks if he was a piece of shit like him, if he had fucked up during his life before. Chishiya agrees with him.

Fanon[]
In the past Nirashiya had little content on most social networks, but was still one of the most popular ships in the aib fandom. Nowadays Nirashiya has more content and is still one of the more popular ships in the fandom. The ship did, however, receive more mixed reactions in fandom. Despite the ship getting mixed reactions it is still considered a popular ship for both Chishiya and Niragi.
One of the reason the ship gained popularity is due to their similarities, because despite having different personalities with Niragi being more agitated and impulsive while Chishiya appears to be calm and carefree, both are extremely intelligent, arrogant and often manipulators.

Trivia[]
- In the manga Chishiya and Niragi have the same specialty, which is diamonds.
- Niragi has shown to often kill people without thinking, meanwhile Chishiya was the only person he wanted to have a fair fight against instead of killing him right away.
- After they leave the Borderlands, they are some of the characters who have a scene together, showing a spiritual connection despite having forgotten eachother, as well as Arisu and Usagi, Aguni and Heiya, and Kuina with her parents.
