Nirumi is the het ship between Suguru Niragi and Urumi Akamaki from the Alice in Borderland fandom.
Canon[]
Niragi and Urumi have never met each other. They both are, however, players in the Borderlands.
The two of them manage to survive long enough to move on to the Second Stage. During this stage the two go on to participate in a face card game. Niragi participates in the King of Clubs game, while Urumi participates in the Jack of Hearts game. During their time in the games they both go on to team up with other players. Despite having teamed up with other players the outcome of their games is different. This is because Niragi survives his game, while Urumi does not.
During their time in the Borderlands they both have killed other players. Urumi kills off other players during her time in the Jack of Hearts game. She does this by convincing the other members of her group that certain people can’t be trusted and suggests telling them the wrong suits so they get eliminated and thus die. Niragi on the other hand kills other players more directly, since he can be seen using his guns to shoot at other players.

Nirumi is a rare pair in the AIB fandom. This is due to the fact they never interacted with each other. Another reason is that people dislike shipping Niragi with women. Despite that, the pairing does have a small amount of fans. It did also gain a bit more attention due to the live action.
Since the two have never interacted with each other throughout the story, fans have thought of scenarios in which the two could have come across one another during some games of the First Stage and of how the two would have interacted with each other if they had met. Whilst other fans have created scenarios in which the two would have met each other before their time in the Borderlands. These scenarios often include a redemption arc for Niragi.
