Noecrose is the femslash ship between Noelle and Sucrose from the Genshin Impact fandom.
Canon[]
Noelle and Sucrose are both members of the Knights of Favonius, albeit in different ways. Noelle is a maid for the Knights, while Sucrose belongs to the Investigation Team, led by Albedo. However, the two know each other and have crossed paths more than once, as implied by Sucrose's voiceline "About: Noelle". The alchemist canonically finds Noelle somewhat intimidating, especially because of her eager and social personality, a stark contrast to Sucrose's shyness.
They have many opposing qualities other than personality. For instance, Noelle wields a claymore, the heaviest weapon in the game so far, while Sucrose uses a catalyst, a long-distance weapon that solely deals elemental attacks. Furthermore, Noelle is considered a powerhouse, despite lacking finesse, while Sucrose is highly valued in the Knights because of her intelligence and creativity when it comes to bio-alchemy. Their respective elements, Geo and Anemo, are generally considered to be opposites, which highlights their differences even more. Design-wise, Noelle features a lot of red and gold in her design, contrasting Sucrose's blues and greens.
As for similarities, both characters are quite soft-spoken and timid, though Noelle is noticeably more sociable than Sucrose. Both of them are also heavily associated with a specific flower: Noelle has a rose motif throughout her design, appearing even in her constellation, while Sucrose's favourite flower is the Sweet Flower, a fact that is mentioned multiple times in voicelines, her character story, and limited-time events. Both girls look up to and try to emulate one of the Captains of Favonius, with Noelle having Jean as her role model, and Sucrose looking up to Albedo.
Of Ballads and Brews[]
During the Weinlesefest, the Traveler and Paimon meet the two girls at the Knights of Favonius headquarters, and ask them which wine ingredient could represent the institution. Noelle takes this opportunity to talk about her research for an extra-sweet Sunsettia, in which Sucrose's help was key to its success. The maid continues on by complimenting Sucrose's skill as an alchemist and her intelligence, something that greatly embarasses the girl. The two give the Traveler the alchemically-modified Sunsettia they created together, but before Razor could join and thank them in person, Sucrose flees, overwhelmed. It's up to Noelle to explain Sucrose's involvement to Razor, who also seems to admire her skills.

Noecrose is a rarepair, with very few people actively shipping it. Though it gained a little attention because of Weinlesefest, it still remains quite unpopular in the fandom, overshadowed by Noemine and Albecrose. However, its shippers consider it a rather fluffy and sweet pairing, as most of the fanart and fanfiction depict the two as lovey-dovey, rather than angsty. In fan content, it is often a side-ship, serving as background for other ships that usually take the spotlight.
