Noenett is the het ship between Noelle and Bennett from the Genshin Impact fandom.
Canon[]
Noelle and Bennett are both from the Mondstadt region. Noelle is a maid who longs to join the Knights of Favonius while Bennett is part of the Adventurers' Guild. Both of them are shown to work hard, Noelle working towards becoming a knight and Bennett working towards being a great adventurer and persevering despite his bad luck. While both of them are kind, the two are complete opposites when it comes to helping people. Noelle does an excellent job of being a maid, even being described as a whirlwind of helpfulness. This contrasts Bennett, whose bad luck often gets in the way of many things, troubling himself and others. Noelle and Bennett both earned nicknames due to how helpful they are, Noelle's being "Wondermaid" and Bennett's being "Unlucky Bennett". Noelle and Bennett also both have green eyes and pale hair.
According to Bennett's voiceline for Noelle, she seems to be someone Bennett looks up to. Bennett says that Noelle is someone he's been watching for a while, and he describes her as really talented and extremely hardworking. He says that it's a shame that she's not a knight yet and she would easily be the best there is if she switched to the Adventurers' Guild. According to Noelle's voiceline for Bennett, he has asked Noelle to join the Adventurers' Guild more than a few times. He told her that life in the Adventurers' Guild would suit her better than the Knights of Favonius. Noelle says she could help Bennett take care of his dads like the other adventurers, but she ends up not joining the Adventurer's Guild since the Knights of Favonius hold a special meaning for her. Noelle can't accept Bennett's offer since she's not ready to give up on becoming a knight.

Noenett is a rarepair, being overshadowed by ships like Barbelle and Rannett. Noenett is also overshadowed by Noelle and Bennett's ships with Fischl, Fischelle and Fischnett. Noelle and Bennett are usually depicted with Barbara and Fischl since they're all from Mondstadt, and they're sometimes depicted with Razor too. Noenett doesn't have a lot of fan content. On AO3, the pairing currently has less than 20 works between romantic and gen works.
