Noll is the het ship between Serial Designation N and Doll from the Murder Drones fandom.
Canon[]
Pilot[]
After N forced an entry point in the Worker Drone colony, he threatened and killed the drones inside before invading the colony with the assistance of V, J pursued a grouping of WDF members and Uzi’s classmates, including Doll. Before further victims are murdered, Uzi appears on scene alongside N and a battle ensues. The fight ends with a handicapped V and an obliterated J’s corpse. After chewing out her father for abandoning her for death, she declares self-exile and N flies off with her boarding his back as the remaining workers, including Doll, silently watches.
Episode 3 “The Promening”[]
On the day of the prom, V escapes from confinement inside the crashed pod, and N rushes to reveal her location, aware of what she plots to do to the teenage Workers attending the prom. Unexpectedly, he bumps into Uzi, who apologizes for her mistreatment towards him in “Heartbeat” and the two coincide in thwarting V’s agenda. When they arrive in the gym in which the prom is being held, they were shocked to witness Doll eliminating everyone instead of V in her vendetta for V killing her parents. V is then defended by the duo and a battle ensues. N shoves Uzi off the stage to protect her from Doll’s spinning blades, afflicting and severing V and his limbs. The Disassembly Drones are then reconstructed with the assistance of Lizzy, but only N appears in battle.
In numerous blows failing to defeat the latter, Doll is finally put to rest by a fatal surprise attack by V, in which she shoots the teenage Worker in the head. The reunited trio investigate Doll’s apartment and unearth the hidden corpses of her parents resting at the dining table. Doll appears suddenly after the AbsoluteSolver regenerated her body, removes V’s bullet that lodged in her skull and aims at Uzi. In shock, Uzi unlocks her own AbsoluteSolver’s capabilities and halts the bullet midair. Witnessing and acknowledging she is not the only one infected, Doll repeatedly apologizes and escapes using teleportation.
Episode 4 “Cabin Fever”[]
N, V, and Uzi attend the camping trip to Camp 98.7 under the belief of the half-truth that Uzi was searching for Doll. The Disassembly Drones take the temporary position as counselors while Uzi secretly unearths her mother’s origins. When Uzi runs away overwhelmed by the heightened anxiety and fear of her AbsoluteSolver, N follows in search of her. Watchers commonly miss a small detail within a scene in which Doll’s eyes can be seen in the distance silently observing N from behind before fading.[1]
Fanon[]
Noll is a rarepair within the Murder Drones fandom due to the little to no interaction between the characters. For many reasons left to be revealed, one of them is Doll’s characteristics and traits she shares with Uzi being paired with N’s. Since the trope “Not so Different” is played between Uzi and Doll, fans imagined her replacing Uzi’s position in her relationship with N. Thus, the two, if it were to be canon, would be comforting and supportive of the other whilst adventuring through treacherous events following the AbsoluteSolver.
It is possible that the toxicity of her and V’s relationship will greatly hinder the one she holds with N, thus resulting in unbearable conflict within the trio.
