Noreacher is the het ship between Nori Doorman and Teacher from the Murder Drones fandom.

Canon[]

Given the "death" of Nori, she's never given the chance to meet her daughter's professor. Her self isolation deep underground the labs separated her from drone society, and she's left roaming Copper 9 as a disembodied heart core. Her husband, Khan Doorman, has met Teacher and spoken with him during parent-teacher conferences. The duo don't have the best of a relationship after Teacher implied his daughter is broken. Their relationship has improved further out into the series, however.

In Absolute End, Nori rescues Khan from falling down a pit before fleeing screaming. Khan comments to Teacher who had fallen beside him that Nori is "kinda hot" without realizing she's his disappeared fiance. Teacher has complications with Nori's daughter for many reasons. Uzi possesses most of her mother's behavior, such as erratic and aggressive attitudes towards others. Teacher came to conclude that her coding must be damaged.

In reality, Nori has the Absolute Solver which is heavily suspected to be the main cause behind Uzi's special behavior. Comparing the two solo, Nori and Teacher spark the Opposites Attract trope. Both are notably Fantastically Indifferent to their horrific surroundings with Teacher being a more head-on example. It's implied that Nori didn't know the full extent of her Solver abilities, thus she isn't too concerned of the true terror it possesses until the core collapse. Thus, she became much more serious and violent towards people she holds suspicion over and overall locked into her goals against Cyn.

Teacher, in contrast, seems to care less about Cyn's takeover as seen when he shows little to no emotion other than mild indignance when her tentacles slap his face.

Fanon[]

The ship is an extreme rarepair within the fandom to the point it's barely recognized/acknowledged. An "inspiration" for the ships' birth could be the Kheacher pairing, in which Nori's husband, Khan, is shipped with Teacher instead. It's possible that Nori is finally aware of Teacher's existence because she watched her daughter's presentation secretly in his class, but it remains a responsibility for fans to come up with a relationship between them. Some fans may enjoy it because they enjoy the Uptight Loves Wild trope.

Since Nori is very much like her daughter, albeit more "relaxed", some may compare it to shipping Uzi herself with her teacher. Relying on Khan's words, Nori was a popular mate among her partners. This may conclude that she was much more of an extrovert compared to Teacher, who seems to be the type who typically doesn't care to engage with others. Fans of the common Introvert x Extrovert trope may find endearment in the ship for this trope alone.
