Nozorara is the femslash ship between Nozomi Yumehara and Urara Kasugano from the Pretty Cure fandom.
Canon[]
Nozomi first saw Urara in an advertisement on the bus while she was on the way to school. As she continued along the path to school, she saw Urara sitting on a bench and practicing her lines. Nozomi immediately recognized her from the ad and greeted her, to which Urara responded warmly. Urara explained to Nozomi that she was a rising actress, and that she had also transferred to Nozomi's school as a first-year student. Before moving on, Nozomi told her that she could ask her any questions she might have, as she was a second year student there.
When Nozomi and her friend Rin both became members of Pretty Cure, Urara saw them transform and battle, watching from a distance in secret. Nozomi later saw Urara on television and approached her during lunch the next day to tell her how awesome she looked. She invited Urara to sit with her and introduced her to Rin, and Urara tried to ask them about Pretty Cure, but was interrupted. When the school bell rang, Nozomi noticed that Urara seemed sad and decided to give her a tour of the school, even though they were supposed to be in class.
After showing Urara around the school, they ended up in the auditorium, and Urara told Nozomi about her dream of ending up on stage. Nozomi was impressed, but Urara told her that her dream was still far away. Rin and Coco then arrived to scold them for not being in class, but they were attacked by Gamao and a Kowaina. Urara was told to flee from the fight, but after deciding that she wanted to protect Nozomi, the yellow butterfly appeared, and she was able to transform into Cure Lemonade. Urara then joined Nozomi and Rin in Pretty Cure.
Nozomi and Urara continued to be friends, and Nozomi was supportive of Urara in her acting career. When Urara was rehearsing a play for children, Nozomi enthusiastically participated as a member of the audience, until their other friends told her to stop upstaging her, and she volunteered to play a character so that her show would not be canceled. When starting her singing career, Urara was hesitant because she wanted to be an actress, but Nozomi encouraged her and told her that doing so would help her acting career too. When Nozomi was struggling in her academics, Urara helped her study, to which the other Cures berated Nozomi for since Urara was a year younger than her and should not need to help her with school.
Nozomi and Urara initially did not stay in contact after graduation. However, when Nozomi jokingly did a Pretty Cure transformation motion in public, Urara saw her and approached her. They then joined the other cures for dinner and drinks at a restaurant. Urara had become an actress but was struggling with her recent role as an angel and confided her troubles in Nozomi, who was supportive and encouraging. They both began to fight as cures again when the Shadows appeared, and Urara was worried for Nozomi when she started to faint from the use of her powers.

Nozorara has a small amount of popularity in the Yes! Pretty Cure 5 series. Many fans enjoy their instant friendship and the fact that Nozomi was Urara's first friend after transitioning to their school. As Urara was often the least annoyed with Nozomi whenever she caused trouble, fans of Nozorara felt that the two were a good match. On AO3, there are three works for the pairing. Nozorara rivals the NozoCoco, NozoRin, and ShiroUra pairings.
