Odalador is the het ship between Odalia Blight and Alador Blight from The Owl House fandom.

Alador and Odalia were shown to have known each other since they were students at Hexside, before they grew up and started an abomination business together. With Odalia as the front woman and makes sure that things run smoothly, while Alador and his team build the products they sell. Odalia acts as the head of the Blight family and makes sure that neither her husband nor their children do anything that would end up warming the Blight name. Alador mostly stands idly by in silence while Odalia does the talking or uses their family's respected influence to make things go her way. Even though "Escaping Expulsion" did have Alador reminding his wife of her deal with Amity and how being a Blight means she should honour it, rather than take it back from simply not liking what she has saw. To make sure that Odalia didn't go back on her word, he tells her that Amity's friends are making their youngest daughter stronger, and how they could possibly help Amity become strong enough to become a coven head. That was enough to make Odalia agree with her husband.
Odalia mostly treats Alador as one of the people who works for her than her loyal husband. Even though he wishes that Odalia would be more nicer to him and the rest of his team, who work tirelessly for the Blight Couple's business. Alador working hard none stop for Odalia had also prevented him from connecting with their children. Like with Amity, Odalia doesn't hesitate to use her oracle magic to control Alador. Which is in of itself an act of abuse through magic. Causeing the from their young days to dye, but Odalia won't let Alador go from how he needs his mind and skills for their business to run.
On the Day of Unity, Alador was having enough of Odalia. With her firing his team and forcing them to work when they were ill, and Alador was still on the tail end of that illness.

Odalador was supported from being a canon ship, before "Clouds on the Horizon" had the Blight couple split up. A choice that fans are quite happy with, as it would allow Alador find someone else who would care for him and his children. This has led to Aladarius being Odalador's main rival. Though, there are a few people how have Alador and Odalia work things out and stay together. This thought is mostly seen in Odalia redeemed fanfics, that are very rare within The Owl House fandom.
