OjiSato is the slash ship between Mashirao Ojiro and Rikido Sato from the My Hero Academia fandom.
Canon[]
Mashirao and Rikido are both students in Class A at UA High School. They are both seen as rather "ordinary" guys, with Quirks that are strong but not particularly flashy or unique. They even have similar hero names, Tailman and Sugarman. They sit in the same row in their homeroom class, although Mashirao has the seat closest to the blackboard and Rikido has the seat furthest from it. They are both characters who are rather quiet, but have a heart of gold.
For the Class 1-A's musical performance at the School Festival, Rikido and Mashirao are both members of the Dance Team. During the winter semester, they do their Work Study together under the Pro Hero Shishido. They are joined by Class 1-B students, Jurota Shishida and Nirengeki Shoda. Rikido and Mashirao attend the baseball match between Shishido and Gang Orca as players on the "Lionels". While Rikido is knocked out early in the game, Mashirao is one of the last players standing. Following their internships, Class 1-A is asked to show off what they learned. Rikido and Mashirao demonstrate their "flurry of attacks" and "[prediction of] enemy moves".
When Class 1-A sets out to rescue Izuku Midoriya after he leaves UA, Rikido and Mashirao are seen together. After Mashirao calls out to Izuku, reminding him of the time he faced Hitoshi Shinso at the Sports Festival, he is seen falling through the air. Rikido arrives to catch him and another falling student, Kyoka Jiro. Rikido is seen still holding onto Kyoka and Mashirao as he calls out to Izuku, reminding him of their School Festival memories. When Class 1-A finally returns to school with Izuku, Rikido and Mashirao are some of the boys that help throw Izuku into the bath.
During the Final War, Rikido and Mashirao are sent to Takoba National Stadium, alongside Hanta Sero. They work together to defeat the villains there. When they hear word that Shoto Todoroki has defeated Dabi, they discuss how they'll need to congratulate him once the battle is through.

OjiSato is considered to be a rarepair in the fandom. Its main rival is OjiToru; Rikido doesn't have enough of a fandom presence to have many popular ships. OjiSato likely sailed as a result of Rikido and Mashirao completing their Work Studies together. Additionally, they are both students that considered to be "minor" characters, and rather plain.
