PABU[]
After a joint mission between the ‘Liberator of Ancient Wonders’ Phee Ganoa and Clone Force 99, the pirate takes the squad to the remote island planet of Pabu. Upon arrival, they are greeted by Shep Hazard, the Mayor of Pabu, and Lyana Hazard, his daughter. Lyana is quick to greet Omega, and comments that Phee must really like them to take them to Pabu.
During Shep’s tour of Pabu, the two girls run ahead to admire the calm sea and later, Lower Pabu. They laugh while playing with the moon-yos, which Tech notes he has not heard in some time. They sit next to each other during the dinner, and Lyana later invites Omega onto her boat to watch the sunset. After getting permission from Hunter, Omega excitedly grabs Lyana’s hand and leads them to the docks.
After taking the boat out to sea, Omega comments that she grew up on a planet surrounded by the sea, but that it didn’t feel like Pabu. Lyana asks what happened to her home, to which Omega simply replies ‘The Empire’. Saddened, Lyana apologises and tells Omega that she’s safe here, and that they are all welcome to stay as long as they want. Omega reveals that they don’t stay in one place for very long, and when Lyana asks her if that gets lonely, Omega admits that she’s never thought about it before.
Not long after, the beginnings of the sea surge make the girls nervous, and Lyana decides to pilot them back to shore. Before they can make it, the tide begins to pull the ship back out to sea, and Omega grabs Lyana’s hand so they can jump off the capsising boat.
Dazed at the rough landing, Omega stands and rushes to Lyana, shaking her shoulder and urging her to get up. The girls begin to try to run back to shore, while Omega comms Hunter to help them.
Lyana stumbles and falls, but Omega goes back for her, pulling her up and shouting to keep running.
After being rescued by Hunter on the Marauder, Omega and Lyana fall asleep together underneath a tree.
THE SUMMIT[]
Lyana and Omega playfully run away from Wrecker, who is chasing them.
THE RETURN[]
Although not seen in the episode, Lyana has been delivering fruit to Omega for several days, as well as to Crosshair.
POINT OF NO RETURN[]
After deciding to leave Pabu, Clone Force 99 is preparing to depart the island. Omega and Lyana are headed for the Archium when Lyana tells Omega that she wishes they didn’t have to leave. Omega agrees but says that Hunter thinks it’s safer for everyone. Omega leaves Tech’s damaged goggles and Lula behind in the Archium, and Lyana tells her that she’ll make sure they stay safe until they return. Omega responds that she hopes they will return, and Lyana looks away for a moment before being interrupted by Batcher.
After Hunter comms Omega and tells her it’s time to leave, the two share a hug goodbye before Clone Force 99 heads for their ship.
After the Marauder is destroyed by CX-2, Hunter orders Crosshair and Omega to go to Wrecker, who was wounded in the explosion. Lyana is hiding in the same room, and the two hug while Lyana admits that she’s scared. After seeing the tears and the terror on her friend’s face, Omega decides to surrender herself to protect Pabu from the Empire.
