Orhura is the femslash ship between Erica Ortegas and Nyota Uhura from the Star Trek: Strange New Worlds fandom.

STRANGE NEW WORLDS
Uhura exits the turbolift in dress uniform, finding Erica waiting for her in casual clothes. Uhura points out that Erica said that dinner with Pike was formal, but Erica point out that she said she might want to wear her dress uniform. Uhura asks if this is really Erica's idea of a prank and Erica says that it kind of is. Uhura turns around to go change, but Erica says that she's not going to want to be late. Erica says to relax, since hazing the newbee is tradition. All in good fun. Erica gets bored, since it's a small ship, but Uhura points out that it's really not. Erica just leads her to Pike's and tells her to consider it her first complete square in Enterprise bingo. Uhura is surprised Erica knows about that, and Erica says that she was once a cadet. Uhura asks what the dinner's are like and Erica says that it's not just all command crew. Pike likes to hear how everyone on the ship is doing, so he'll probably ask her questions. Uhura gives a stiff "great" and Erica asks if that's a problem. Uhura explains that she's not the best at conversation and Erica says it'll be fun then.
ALL THOSE WHO WANDER
At the cadet party, Erica notice Uhura backing away from everyone. She goes up to her and makes fun of her for shying away from a crowd despite all her time on the ship. Uhura asks for permission to speak freely, and Erica says that it's her. To live it up at a party that's meant for her. But she gives permission and Uhura admits that she hates goodbye's.

Erica and Uhura are a rare pair in the Strange New Worlds fandom. It did start to gain a following in episode two with the episode opening as the two met up for Pike's dinner. Many found Erica's teasing of Uhura quite cute and similar to how couples tease each other. This, along with some of the chemistry between the two actresses, caused many to ship the two. Some also just enjoyed their aesthetics from that episode. Erica's black crop top casual wear, standing opposite Uhura in formal dress uniform. Aesthetics play a part as well with their more opposite personalities and demeaners. As well as opposing Uhura who is more femining against Erica who is more soft butch.
On AO3 Uhura x Erica is the fifth most written ship for Erica. There are currently two written works for both romantic and gen fics.
